Marcus went above and beyond for me. We went to the corporate store on Valencia and they treated us absolutely awful so came to this store and were given the best service. Really so grateful Marcus and everything he did.

Love this place, first time experience was awesome with Lynzee. Went yesterday for my Antie's phone lucky enough to get help with Lynzee again, so patience, so helpful step by step process was so smooth, highly recommended very perfessional, high quality work been done.

Very simple and easy! Printed out the return page, taped up the box and brought it in. I love the sliding glass doors so I can walk in easily, with 2 hands on boxes!! Easy to found, large parking lot next to AT&T and behind Yamatos. You can package here, print etc. they will help, workers are friendly! I was in and out of there in a few minutes.

I love this store, Johnny helped me and my dad with getting him a new phone. Wonderful and quick customer service. He was able to explain everything thoroughly and left us feeling happy about our new upgrade. He also made sure to mention all of their new discounts and offers, I really considered changing my Apple Watch but will come back when I decide because they offer discounts for first responders, business owners, Drs and nurses, military, and teachers. Thanks AT&T and Johnny for a wonderful experience !

Honestly, worst experience I have ever had. The employee that signed us up for internet and DIRECTV gave us false information about rates which has resulted in a lot of my time being wasted and paying more money than I was told. I asked specific questions multiple times and she gave me false information. She also never told us the internet usage has a cap on it which I’m just finding out now since we went over. They are not up front or transparent about anything, and that’s all I wanted was transparency.The manager is trying his best to make it right, but he’s limited on what he can do. I also have to go out of my way to remind them about credits they told me we would get since we were told one thing, and it was completely different.It’s been issue after issue and not being told about the usage cap on the internet is the icing on the cake. Yes, I probably should have known there was a cap, but the fact they kept that information from us is deceiving. I don’t like writing reviews, but this whole process has left a sour taste in my mouth and I’m very discouraged.
