Well the day before I attempted to mail a package out from this same place ,but I was unable to do so because of technical difficulties from a third party of course...so this time there was no issues or problems from anyone or anything making my experience good enough to give a solid five star rating for real...

I come here all the time for my printing needs. The customer service is exceptional each time. - Last week I needed business cards printed. The file I had was not properly formatted. They went the extra step to reformat the file so that the business cards would cut nicely. Thanks again to this wonderful team!

I went to this fedex store to print a construction plan 24"x36" and I asked one of the employee to help me but at first he told me to used the printer like self serve. I explained to him that he need to fix a small detail on my file but in the end he helped with with an attitude. This is not China, this is America. People are so lazy.

"FRANCES" is a FedEx team-member at this Store (Store # 1905) and she is EXCELLENT on every measure of performance ! She is the perfect representative for FedEx. For more than 10 years I've relied on this FedEx Store # 1905 for my business-printing and shipping needs because Frances works here. She has EARNED my trust that she will provide perfect assistance and perfect printing and shipping solutions each and every time, for both my routine business needs and also for my big and highly complex business needs. Frances has ALWAYS (each time) provided OUTSTANDING and PERFECT service and assistance for me and my business. I have also observed that Frances presents the same genuinely welcoming and friendly demeanor, and the same fast and completely effective technical assistance for all the Store's customers. Additionally, Frances is a true TEAM-player, because in addition to effectively helping her customers and addressing and solving all their needs in a fast and friendly manner, Frances also effectively assists the other team members in the Store and Frances quickly and effectively renders assistance and solves problems for other team members. This Store # 1905 is very clean and organized, and the Store provides all printing and shipping services typically available from big FedEx stores. Wow is all I could say. Every time I walk in it’s like pulling teeth to get them to work. Leticia the manager all the way down worst service ever. Stay away far away. Oh also they don’t take cash and according to Leticia don’t need to. After explaining us currency is for goods or services made me wait while she finished the transaction. Wow again stay away go to magic mountain at least they show appreciation for there customers.
