This location and most Michael's have fallen in the past few years. They're so focused on seasonal goods, and they're never stocked up on legitimate art supplies. No mechanical pencils, markers are limited to their company, and just always hard to find anything I need. Staff is ok though

They have everything you need for arts and crafts, it's clean and very well organized although they could use some more staff as sometimes hard to get help.

Good stuff but much more expensive than hobby lobby, usually have a wonderful selection of fine-quality beads also they sell the 'GELLY ROLL' gel pens individually and their selection is better than anywhere else I've been, so many colors. Let me also mention if you need custom framing for your art and photos etc, you can find 'AARON BROTHERS' custom framing within any Michaels.

Terrible service, i went into the store at 6:52pm just to meet my sister in line and was met with immediate attitude from Cynthia. she very rudely mentioned that they closed in 5 minutes and rolled her eyes. So disappointed.

I did an online order for connivence as I already knew what I wanted and didn't have to hunt it down in the store. My order didn't take long to process and within an hour it was ready for pickup. When you initially walk in they have a pickup area where you can grab your items which doesn't seem very secure as it's right off the entrance door which anyone can really just walk in and grab your order and walk off with it if they really wanted too. But since mine was more on the expensive side I stood in line to find out where it was for pickup. I talked with the cashier and she was oblivious to where it could have been. She was like I have to check at the pickup station which I told her I already did and it wasn't there. Then she went off to the side and couldn't find it located in the locker like storage and asked another employee where it was. Another employee working that area told her my order was sitting on the shelf. Literally she just had to grab it and pass it along to me but instead told me I had to wait for someone over there to help me. Uh what.. that makes no damn sense. As I waited again, the other employee off to the side looked at me and then went on with her business as another employee walked by and was like this is her order. Which she clearly knew that as they already told the cashier. She then came back to me as I was still standing there asking if I needed help and I told her I was here for my pickup order and had the barcode ready to be scan. She told me she doesn't need that, just needs my name and marked it as picked up on her end and it'll be out soon. The items I ordered were clearly right there, I can see them talking about it so I'm not sure why I had to wait around before she decided to hand me my purchase that she clearly already marked as picked up! Another one oblivious to the situation going on right in front of her. They really need people in there that know what's going on and how to actually have good customer service. Clearly none of these people working that shift knew what that meant. Also.. what's the point of ordering online and picking up in store if they won't give you your purchase that was clearly ready for pickup! Let alone they don't even follow protocol to scan the barcode on your email before they hand off your order. I could have just made up a name and took someone's purchase since they don't actually check. I also won't be doing pickup orders from this location as they clearly have no clue what's going on and how to actually do their job when it comes to it.

Staff was just okay. Selection for some things is decent, but when it comes to miniatures for a diorama type project, the selection is pretty small

Shop sale items and prices are good. Check the sale ads BEFORE you go to the store. Use the coupons too.

I purchased a $50 Diamond Dotz at the Stevenson Ranch store. This box states everything is included to complete the craft. Unfortunately one color did not have enough diamonds to complete the picture. I went to the store and notified the clerk that I needed to open another box to retrieve the needed color. She contacted a manager, explained the situation and gave me her response. They would not open a box and get the diamond color I needed. she also reported to me that this is not the first time theses boxes shortchange the needed diamonds. she suggested I go to Joanns and buy a bag of needed diamonds (requiring I spend more money). This is unacceptable! I now have a picture I cannot frame and hang in my room and, therefore, wasted 50 bucks. Do Not Buy Any Diamond Dotz here since this is a common occurrence and you will receive zero help to rectify the situation. Substandard customer service!!!
