This Walmart is the worst. Anything in the medicine/health and beauty is locked up and they are understaffed so it takes forever to get that you need Tonight - I needed to do a return and decided I would do it on a Friday to avoid the weekend crowd. Huge line at customer service, come to Find out Walmart now cashew checks and sells money orders. Every one was there for that with one guy buying 6 money orders . Have a dedicated line for the banking services to not inconvenience others Needed milk - usually buy 2 percent - guess what half gallons of the great value brand expired yesterday the second or you could get one dated the 8th Less self checkouts open made for longer checking out too This one is ok for pickup but there were no pickups available until late tonight - and I am glad I didn't do a pickup I probably would have been given expired milk Avoid avoid avoid

I usually go to this Walmart pretty often for weekly supplies; and never really have had an issue except for today. I experienced the worst customer service from a sales lead by the name of Chey who claimed to be the "manager". When speaking to Chey I requested to speak to someone higher in authority and she stated she was the highest manager there which was not true at all. I reached out to HR and Customer Service and even other Walmart locations who explained to me that if the price online from Walmart.com is cheaper than what the price is in store that per policy they should be able to price match unless sold by a third party. Chey did not want to price match an item that was listed on their Walmart website with the in store item; after several attempts letting her know I spoke to HR and Customer service she would cut me off and said to me "im still not going to do it" with the most disgusting attitude. We were able to speak to a higher manger on duty after several attempts of requesting to speak with someone in higher authority who was able assist us with no issue. Chey did not follow any form of code of ethics and or policy; and was very unprofessional. I will be writing a formal complaint to HR about the situation as well. I really hope this does not happen to any other customer. Overall sales associates are very helpful and nice.

If you need to call this store for any reason....don't bother! Not once have they answered when I called. That's terrible customer service.

Customer service is crap. Pickup ordering is crap, always messing things up and getting your order wrong. Everything is locked up yet NO ONE is around to help. Waited 11 minutes after pressing button to get service and finally just left when no one arrived. Only 2 cashiers even when self checkout is closed.

This is where I sent all my prescriptions- their pharmacy does a great job of filling the same day, calling and txting when the prescription is ready. The workers are friendly, you'll need them if you want to purchase anything locked away (most makeup, bath products). The store is clean, organized and has a small grocery section, I wouldn't suggest coming for all your produce needs. They do have a large selection of gluten free products and I appreciate that! I love their tech station and their arts and supplies. They always have cute decorations and items pertaining to whatever holiday is upcoming. Great to come for clothes, plants, car parts, beach supplies. Their prices are much cheaper than other stores. They have a large parking lot and a dominos inside this store. Bathrooms are generally kept clean, great garden section!

This review is for the auto center attached to Walmart. Frank is a gentleman that works with the auto care center and he is 100% for the customer. I went in for an oil change and he helped me out told me my oil was great. I definitely appreciate their service and the other gentleman that helped out my car.

I visited this location during their business hours to exchange two items. I live 40 miles away and made the trip specifically to get the correct items. Ivan the "manager" refused to assist me and told me that their customer service closes early. There is no mention of these "special customer service" hours anywhere posted at the store or online. It must be so silly of me to expect to receive customer service during normal operating hours. When I asked for contact information for the general manager, Ivan googled "walmart customer service" and wrote down the general 800 number on a ripped piece of receipt paper.

The mgr rude representative doesn't know anything of customer service horrible place to shop at and other people agree. This store are to stuck up to provide excellent customer service to people.

I will not be shopping here anymore. I needed Motrin and had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to show up to unlock the glass doors that they have everything locked up in. No one has time for that

This store deserves 0 stars. I have shopped in this store for over 10 years and unfortunately a few months ago I was injured by an employee. The employee pulled a palette of eggs into my hip and ran over my foot with it. Not only did she not apologize she went about her day stocking eggs. To add insult to injury, they do not accept responsibility if they injure you. I never got an apology or a follow up to see if I was ok. It is YOUR responsibility to keep yourself safe at Walmart! Employees can go about causing injury without any remorse or repercussions.

Customer service, and deliveries are always good perfect ,in store shopping could be overwhelming do to loss prevention hawking you , my appearance is not of danger they just don't trust anyone if you're glancing at something you will find random people circling around you they look suspicious you can tell they are loss prevention I'm a CEO of a Hospital it's very uncomfortable may be cause I'm of tan color skin.!

Store is open from 6 to 11 but when your want to return an item you have to be there by 7. Today when I went at 6:55 they had already closed the line no employees and took 5 minutes to locate a manager and when I asked him I want to do a return he stated they close at 7 and when I told him I was there prior to 7 he did my return with an attitude. It's not acceptable that each store closes there customer service at whatever time they want I will never recommend or shop at Walmart Stevensons Ranch ! In addition when walking away the lead and the employee starts talking about the customer among them self then called to complain to there 1800 number put on hold then was disconnected. What a great company! Beware of there service

I wanted to share a heads up with Walmart customers-specifically at this store. I purchased a sealed box of baseball cards. They were the wrong ones so I went to return the sealed box. I was told I couldn't return since there was a "policy between Walmart and Topps (card company) that did not allow returns. This was not on the item nor on the receipt. When I asked for a manager- his response was that "their return policy was on their website". He actually said " there are a lot of items listed that can't be returned". Am I expected to look up the website and check every item as I shop - before I purchase? He didn't answer. I have tried contacting Walmart via the website and chat and no response. I won't shop at a business who misleads their customer. Redirect your business to Target or Amazon.
