Great customer service and they were able to save what I needed so I could come in and get it because you guys are no longer carrying a certain kind of dog food, but I appreciate the workers there. They went and got everything off the shelf so I had it ready when I got there.

I stopped going to petco when I saw them pre bagging crickets & letting them suffocate. I just saw them put pre bagged crickets up today & it really disturbed me. I don't want to see this happen at all. Lack of patience should not deem it ok to risk these bugs dying. Whoever works there & handles the critters, I hope you rethink the pre bagging. I personally am thinking of not supporting pet chain stores any longer because of all of the neglect & disregard for living creatures. Critters have just as much sentience as us. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves for supporting this. Our pets need nutritious & healthy living food, not dead nor nearly dead creatures.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO GROOMING HERE!!!! Worst grooming service ever... Im so pissed I dont even want to explain how unprofessional these people are and I book the team leader and she was the worst person I have ever met. I would give zero stars if possible.

We buy our pet food here and that is fine. However, the grooming service here is unreliable. First couple times were ok, but the last time our dog had a bad time. He came home scared and agitated, which has never happened after any grooming appointment. I did not feel like they were telling me the truth about what happened. Felt like the last groomer was very inexperienced.

I did not know this was for animals I thought the name was a formality or something. Everyone in here was looking at me weird and I was so confused. It's cause I was eating the dog food. It was pretty good though.

Amazing service! I didn't have my receipt for a return and the cashier was able to print my receipt. Thank goodness I had joined PetSmart with my phone number. The cashier had access to all of my purchases both in-store and online. So convenient. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great experience ?

It's cheaper than Petco and Amazon, it also has a better selection of dog toys and the service is very friendly.
