It’s a great Ralph’s. It’s a smaller suburban one but they always have a pretty decent selection of produce and meats. It’s not an all in one but it’s a great staple grocery store.

Bakery was amazing at making a last minute special order cake. Not from the area so I had no idea where to order a cake from. Just glad that I picked Ralphs. Brianna the cake decorator&I forgot the lady's name that took the order but both of them went above&beyond! Thank you again ladies!

I shop at other Ralph’s and they close the door at 1am and this one always 15mins before closing time they look the door, should advertise close at 12:45 and not 1 it’s false advertisement, I need baby formula and now I can’t drive fast enough to the other Ralph who always let me in 10 to 15mins before close.

Used to like it a lot more when they were open till 1 AM! Now they close at midnight but the staff and store are still great!

If you Absolutley have to come to this Ralph's, I'd strongly suggest avoidance of the employee TERRY, tall, bald and angry at the world. WORST attitude, zero professionalism and completely unhelpful. Derogatory comments in front of other customers, there is no place in a work environment for this type of behavior. I spoke with the manager Miriam and hope this is dealt with accordingly. There is no excuse For being rude to customers, leave your bad attitude at home. Thank you to my cashier Vicki H for your kindness and proof there is proper service at this location.

Hours are late at this location. 1:00 am. They say. A woman needed diapers and me who only needed 2 items pulled up at 12:45 am. This is what we where greeted with. (See photos). I am writing this article 12:54 am. I have not had this happen at other Ralph's locations, in fact I have had generally positive experiences. 1) If you are not going to be open until 1:00 am, do not advertise that you ARE open at 1:00 am. 2) If there are situations where you will not be open until 1:00 am, set expectations, let the customer know . 3) If this location is an exception to the open until 1:00 am, let the search providera you advertise with know your correct hours. Added a few photos for flavor, including employee stocking pretending not to notice me and the woman who just needed diapers.

This supermarket is very good! I found everything I needed without any hassle and even cheaper than other stores in the same chain! They always have quality products and on sale! I love buying fresh plants and flowers at affordable prices!

Ashlee the Deli Service Manager was very nice and kind. She was very welcoming and assisted me with my selections. This kind of customer service goes a long way for me and is worthy of recognition.

I recently went into the store to do my weekly grocery shopping as this has been my regular store I purchase from. When I had finished shopping and went to the Self Check out Registers. I was trying to scan the apples I wanted to purchase. I had tried to scan the tag that was on the apples and I also tried to look them up in the search category. When I found them, I could not tell by the pictures which ones I was purchasing. So I asked the Employee who was assigned that area at the time for help in identifying which ones they were. When I asked her for assistance, her response was "Oh my God, don't you know which apples you are buying?" She did help find the right ones but that response was definitely inappropriate and very bad customer service. As a Senior Citizen, it is not always easy to see the products clearly and I wanted to be sure I was getting the right item. This store is not Senior Friendly and has responded in this manner to me before. Often time, the Employees are seen standing around talking to other employees rather than paying attention to the Customer's needs.
