“I had a brief but excellent stop at this shop a few days ago. I thought my steering was a bit wonky driving home from work so I took it in. As soon as I walked in, I was priority #1. He jumped up, listened to my concerns, and said "lets go test drive it" within a minute of me walking in. after the test drive, he immediately put the car in the air and did a thorough check of all the steering and suspension components. he determined that everything looked to he in good shape and that i just need an alignment and he pointed me in the direction of an alignment shop. This tells you that they're honest. I was out of there in no time and he did all of this completely free of charge. This will definitely be my first choice next time i need my car worked on.”

“Victor and all the staff at the center is great. I had a flat and called early in the morning. Victor had me come in around 8am. I have a Tesla so the tires are special but that wasn't an issue for the center. I drove out of the center at around noon with both tires fixed and my car aligned. Thanks for everything! “My daughters and I were on a long roadtrip and got the low tire pressure warning in my car after about 7 hours of driving. Pulled over at a gas station and could hear the air leaking. State Tire was a few minutes away. Within a minute after we pulled up, they’d jacked up the car, and spotted the screw in the tire. Within 10 minutes they’d patched the tire and put it back on. We just arrived safely back to our home in New Mexico on that repaired tire— it worked great! Could not beat their help and cost. Thank you so much!”

“Fast and friendly service even on a busy Saturday. You can't beat the prices too. I'd definitely come back here for other services. They have a waiting room but IN N OUT is walking distance so I just went there to eat and by the time I was done my car was ready. I had the transmission oil changed. Also, I like that they didn't try to sell me extra services. It's so annoying when I go to the dealership for an oil change and they try to sell me new spark plugs and tires.”

“So easily the most honest people I have met in SCV! I just called to schedule a service. The lady on the phone (I apologize I didn't ask her name), started going through the regular questions. Then out of the blue was like, this is way too early to be replacing this part. Did your dash notify you to do this? Is the part faulty. I said no the dealership told me to do it. She asked a few more questions and said they're happy to test it for me but the car at this age and model is designed to notify you. She could've just been like, come in! That'll be $800! But she didn't, she was super honest and even taught me something new about a car I had for two years already! HIGHLY Reccommend!”

Booked the appointment and bought the tires online. Texts and emails followed me up until the morning I showed up. So it started off great and never wavered from that momentum. The tech met me at my car, was professional, courteous and personable. It only got better. I was expecting lollygagging and having to wait for a while but...negative. “Got my first oil change for my new (used) car here after I saw how low their prices were, which were the cost of the materials and that's it. They let me come in on a Saturday morning without any prior appointment scheduled and got it done in just over 20 minutes. I've never waited less than an hour for a SCHEDULED oil change before, especially on a Saturday morning. Afterwards a nice guy named Dave actually asked me how much I'd sell my car for then proceeded to give me several tips and pointers on how to better take care of my car. Super nice guy. The other workers were just as nice as well. Really all around have not had a better oil change experience.”
