To me, and I think most people are the same way...finding a trustworthy and reliable and honest auto place is like finding a dentist or doctor you trust.I have always found it very difficult to find one that I completely trust to tell me what issues are actually relevant/necessary, instead of just expecting a long list of services and repairs that "need" to be done that seem to come from a computer read out, and with prices that always make you feel like you have been taken advantage of. “So easily the most honest people I have met in SCV! I just called to schedule a service. The lady on the phone (I apologize I didn't ask her name), started going through the regular questions. Then out of the blue was like, this is way too early to be replacing this part. Did your dash notify you to do this? Is the part faulty. I said no the dealership told me to do it. She asked a few more questions and said they're happy to test it for me but the car at this age and model is designed to notify you. She could've just been like, come in! That'll be $800! But she didn't, she was super honest and even taught me something new about a car I had for two years already! HIGHLY Reccommend!”

“I had a brief but excellent stop at this shop a few days ago. I thought my steering was a bit wonky driving home from work so I took it in. As soon as I walked in, I was priority #1. He jumped up, listened to my concerns, and said "lets go test drive it" within a minute of me walking in. after the test drive, he immediately put the car in the air and did a thorough check of all the steering and suspension components. he determined that everything looked to he in good shape and that i just need an alignment and he pointed me in the direction of an alignment shop. This tells you that they're honest. I was out of there in no time and he did all of this completely free of charge. This will definitely be my first choice next time i need my car worked on.”

“This garage is officially "Sand Canyon Goodyear" the gas station is a Union 76 attached to a "7-11". When you pay your bill for work done on your car you pay at the 7-11 counter. There's 3 mechanics working and I had Victor that did my brakes. I had shopped around locally for mechanic shops and heard good things about this location. I had drilled and slotted rotors and new calipers ordered from Amazon. I just needed a reputable shop to install them. They're open 8-6 during the week, I arrived at 7:55 and was the first customer there. Five hours later I had a full brake upgrade and an alignment on my 2006 Subaru. That was Wednesday and drove the car all day Thursday and zero issues. I'm very happy and want to spread the word about the great experience I had. I will be taking all my vehicles there.”

“Outstanding. It's rare, at least for me, to be impressed by a service industry merchant, especially auto care. Well, I could not be more impressed than I was with my America's Tire experience. Booked the appointment and bought the tires online. Texts and emails followed me up until the morning I showed up. So it started off great and never wavered from that momentum. The tech met me at my car, was professional, courteous and personable. It only got better. I was expecting lollygagging and having to wait for a while but...negative. I walked to Lowe's for what I thought was a far too short visit and again...negative. No sooner did I walk in the front door did a different tech call name. Done and done.
