This pharmacy is great! Very seldom is there a line and everyone is very nice and courteous. Alan, Vera, Steven, Tommy and Viviana thank you all. But, the pharmacist Alan is absolutely amazing! I have never seen anyone work as quickly and thoroughly with a GREAT attitude as Alan does. He's one of a kind!!! You have a great staff! Thanks again for the great professional customer service and follow up!!!

I have had severe sciatic pain that is being managed by my current doctors. In the past few months or more, we have been told by pharmacists and our doctor's that pharmacists are having difficulty being able to fill the narcotic drugs. Isn't that ironic that there is a shortage on prescription narcotics In this liberal state of CA who wants to take guns from all and want to make it nearly impossible to fill certain scheduled drugs. Chronic pain patients have in order to live a comfortable life as you can when you have chronic high level pain especially when a patient has to be off their fentanyl patch for 1 month, going of course through withdrawals. The middle age man working at the pharmacy, decided he was going to give me a lecture on the dangers narcotics and Ativan. I told him I don't take Norco together withany pill that may have a major reaction. I have been warned many times. Then the pharmacist told me after I told him I have narcan, that I can't prove it. I told him I'd go back home and bring the Narcan with. He then said no, I decided I'm not going to give you your meds. My doctor had already spoken to this man who told my doctor I need to have Narcan, which I do so my doctor told me I may be made to to buy another one there .The pharmacist made me drive there by telling my doctor he had them but to me he wanted to exert what he could of his manly power and refuse me. He didn't have to be a dick and lie and tell me they were ready to pick up. I'm a patient, not a drug addict and he had no right to be condescending to me and waste my valuable time for nothing. Shame on you Mr pharmacist! Shame on you Walmart! My family and I are have been patrons of your store in Stevenson Ranch for many years.

Great customer service, they are always quick, and knowledgeable. Also clean and tidy, with several OTC medications, supplements, and medical supplies available.

Chronically short staffed. This leads to long wait times and lack of followup if there are any issues with the prescription or insurance. You won’t know unless you call to find out status, by then it may be too late.

Terrible customer service. They tell you your prescription will be ready in 20 minutes than u never get a text saying it's ready. Had to call multiple times to see where my meds are. Found out they were out if it. They don't let u know. Said they were in order and would let me know next day at 12. Called again and was told shipment wasn't unpacked. I asked if they could call me to let me know if my meds came in. Never heard back.

After many years of using this pharmacy I think I am done and will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. The staff is always pleasant but twice I've gone in to pick up my rx only to find out they don't have it. One time it was because they didnt have it in stock and happily told me to drive all the way across town to get it from a different Walmart. This was when I was not feeling well, and was on my way to a doctor's appt so I didn't have time to drive across town. Another time they hadn't received a verification from my dr to approve the refill. Is there not a way to contact me to tell me this so I can call the office and get the approval before the long weekend? Yet another time I walked in with my script, clearly very ill, and waited over an hour for them to fill it. They could see me sitting right there in front of them, in obvious pain, but still left me at the end of line putting online and other orders ahead of mine. Not very sympathetic. Today I walked up to the counter in the middle of a Saturday and was told sorry, they were closing for lunch. Very inconvenient. It's unfortunate they can't find a way to stagger the staff so they can stay open through the day like most businesses do. I will now be using another pharmacy that doesn't seem to struggle with this concept.

The worst pharmacy I ever attended. Waiting for 1.5h for my prescription. They've spent 30 minutes to pack it, but... Made a mistake, and now they tell me to wait a bit more every 10 min.

Pharmacist or cashier at the pharmacy was very rude. The lady explained to me the situation with the insurance and doctor and Then after that I repeated what my mother in law was telling me because she only spoke Spanish the lady at Walmart was very rude and told me oh you don't understand what i just explained to you I said yes but I am translating what my mother in law was telling me and I started talking I give her attitude .
