Customer service, and deliveries are always good perfect ,in store shopping could be overwhelming do to loss prevention hawking you , my appearance is not of danger they just don't trust anyone if you're glancing at something you will find random people circling around you they look suspicious you can tell they are loss prevention I'm a CEO of a Hospital it's very uncomfortable may be cause I'm of tan color skin.!

They don't take exchanges? At least that's what the 12 year old in customer service told me. So I had to get a refund onto my card and then stand in line to re-pay for the same exact item that I could have just swapped out.And while I'm at it, I went to get a battery awhile back that they said online they had in stock. The guy started talking over me and then said "I'm going to be talking to your Dad instead". He turned around and completely ignored me. We left. Do NOT patronize any department in this entire store. Go to the other 2 in SCV. It's worth the trip.

The car service center was soooo bad! They couldn't even remove a skid plate on a 2021 Lexus GX 460 for an oil change. They said that it was placed on too tight. I brought the SUV back to Pep Boys and I watched them remove the skid plate with EASE! Do not get an oil change here. The Service Manger gave me some bullsh*t excuse that he couldn't take off the screw on the skid plate. He said, "I'm 61 years old and I've been around cars my whole life". Meaning, he knows what he's doing. This place is TRASH !

Rudest customer service ever. Young man working today around 4 pm....what's your problem?? Empty store and you're acting like 1 person is too overwhelming for you by saying "f*ck" as soon as you saw us? And when we asked a question about where something was all he could say was "I just told you" you gave the most vague answer and then proceeded to ignore me and roll your eyes when I asked for clarification about where in that area. Someone needs to move him to working in the back rooms because clearly talking to people is too hard and overwhelming for him.

ERICA TEAM PLAYER, DEDICATION, POSITIVE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Yesterday, an online order was placed for a Gaby Dollhouse since we couldn't find it out here L.A.. Upon arriving to Walmart I received an e-mail error that the item was sold out As We walked through the toy isles. Staff member Erica was assisting others so we decided to ask if she knew if the Gabby Dollhouse was sold out yet? We told her our story about canceled online order. Erica left comes back & says, hey guys is this what your looking for??? She's definitely a go getter & wow us w/her amazing customer serviceKEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ERICA YOU ROCKYOU MADE OUR DAY & WILL PUT A HAPPY SMILE ON ONE OF OUR CHILDRENS FACES DURING THESE HOLIDAYS! ONG! Their bathrooms smell like out houses! It was so bad I could not use them. I started to vomit from the smell. The employees were not helpful. I wonder if they all drank the same kool aid today. They were not rude just not helpful to me or anyone else. I'll give them another chance on another day and see if their score can't come up.

The woman in the picture is Elena she works the self check out area in the store. She is racist and completely unprofessional. She accuse me and my family of supposedly trying to steal things. I also asked her to please price check an item that wasn't ringing up correctly. She came up with the item and slammed it on the register And told me that whatever the price was ringing up that's the price that I need to pay. I confronted her and Told her that her attitude was not necessary. She proceeded to tell me that I was harassing her and shame on me for the way that I was talking to her. How dare she talk to me like that when the one that was harassing anyone was her. She proceeded to get to confrontational and almost got too close to the point that I thought that she was going to hit me with some thing. I told her to please leave me alone and she continue to talk over me and acted like some raging lunatic. I had to scream to another employee to please get a manager to come and take her away. After the management team came over she wouldn't leave she kept trying to talk over them like she had some type of authority or something to say. After she disrespected me and my family. Apparently the manager was not available so they sent a higher level associate to come and talk to me. He apologize for her behavior and instructed her to please stop talking and remove herself. But even with that she didn't want to leave this woman acts as she has some type of power for just a cashier. As I was leaving one of the associates apologized and said to me that she's an awful employee and someone that they really don't like working with. This woman is problematic and something that the company should really look into to take a corrective action on her behavior

DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE. These guys just don't want to work on cars. I had asked for an oil change and was called to check-out only to find after 20 minutes the oil change was not be done. REASON: THEY THOUGHT I HAD AN OIL LEAK. A PICTURE SHOWED A DROP OF OIL ON THE BASE OF MY OIL FILTER. Then the flimsy excuse, they didn't want a lawsuit for faulty equipment. Last time they could not rotate my tires because of tread wear... WHAT? AVOID ANY AUTO SERVICE AT THIS WALMART! Take your business elsewhere... I am!

Let's say customer service is horrible!!! I was returning a Keurig Duo with a receipt, purchased with my Walmart CC, 2 weeks ago, however not it the box. Initially was told by the manager(Valentina) that it could not be returned because there was no box. Then she said the serial numbers don't match( receipt and item), which was not true, when I corrected her she said oh "shi@", your right. Then she asked me how much I pod for it, excuse me the receipt is in your hand!! She then noticed that I purchased the warranty so told me to call and deal with them. So if you are looking for good customer service you will not find it here. Not a problem, I made a call to corporate while in store and will continue to follow up. UPDATE: Rachelle the manager called about an hour later and told me to come back at anytime and a return is authorized... so kuddos for the quick response and correction.

Tried to check out here and my card kept declining. I tried another and that one declined as well. Both of them were chase cards that I had been using for the past hour and have more than sufficient funds. I was told by your cashier that you guys have "problems with chase cards" so I had to leave my items at the checkout and walk out. What a stupid problem to have considering that Chase is a HUGE bank that millions of people use. Get it together.

Customer service flat out sucks in the service center. I have a 2019 and the supervisor wouldn't rotate my tires due to "cracks". Keep throwing out "liability", what a crock. They don't like to work in the service center..On another occasion he wouldn't change my oil because it's a 1/2 quart low. BS. Been going there 20 years and this new guy turns away business. It's OK, I'm gladly gone.
