This is probably the worst managed Wells Fargo branch in this area. They are always understaffed, never have enough tellers, and customers are waiting in line for 15-20 minutes. Someone is always on break and three or four employees are sitting around doing nothing. It is worth driving the extra distance to the branch on Magic Mountain.

This bank is the worst! There is only ever one person to attend the customers and he has the personality of burnt toast! Zero customer service at this branch! Don't come unless absolutely necessary.

Periodically, I have been in this particular Wells Fargo making deposits to an account, not of my own. I have had excellent service from Walter and Mahdi.

Worst service. Will be exiting Wells Fargo. Tried to do wire in middle of the day and they had one persons working in such a big branch. They said come back tomorrow. Then it happened again. Tried to call their corporate. Only crickets. Wells Fargo used to be good service but ever since scandal this place is the worst. I have no issues with chase.

DO NOT GO HERE! The absolute worst Wells Fargo I have ever been to. I've left here several times without getting service with multiple employees sitting behind the glass. Completely disappointed. 20 years with Wells and I'm done.

Periodically, I have been in this particular Wells Fargo making deposits to an account, not of my own. I must commend this location, I have never had a bad experience. Wells Fargo isn't my favorite bank, however, the awesome group of people working at this Wells Fargo make it an exception. Karie, Edwardo, Walter, and Yvette, just to name a few. These individuals have always done a great job by providing exceptional and friendly service. These times have been tough and they continue to go far and beyond for the customers.

I usually only go to wells fargo close to home but stopped here because I was working in Santa clarita. All I wanted was a simple withdrawal of funds but it didn't go as planned. All my funds where available but at this branch I was told that they would first need to check if they received the funds from the banks where the checks came from. Now I have deposited alot of check at Wells Fargo and I know that once the hold on any checks are released the funds become available. Well I guess it doesn't work that way anymore. I had a bad feeling that things where about to go wrong when the service manager that attended me at teller window asked her first question "oh your from pacoima why are you out here" so when I asked to speak with her boss I was told that everything she was doing was standard procedure and for safety reasons. I did give her my ID but I guess it wasn't good enough. They just made me feel like I was there trying to commit some type of fraud. So I didn't go through with the transaction and headed back to one of the wells fargo banks close to home. I was in and out in 5 minutes like usual and on my way. I wasn't told that they needed check and see if they received funds from other banks because I didn't have any holds on any checks and funds where available. But its a good lesson for me to stick to the places I know I will get treated right i guess I strayed to far or just to the wrong place. Not saying that this bank is like this with everyone but its just my experience here and I'm sure alot of people received good service here.

Called to make sure they had the foreign currency needed for my trip. I was informed by their agent it was not a problem, they had more than enough. Drove across town (all the way across from Canyon Country) and they were closed due to a flood. Well OK, stuff happens. Went back the next day (again it is all about time here) and they refused to sell to me because I was not a Wells customer. I have done this in the past, but was told policy changed. Why didn't they mention that on the first call? No exceptions made. Now I remember why after 20 years as a customer of theirs I left for Logix. Never again Wells Fargo. Thank you Karie Melvin for your understanding and lack of action. That earned you a zero star rating (but I had to give one star). Good work

Carry the manager really helped me. When she really didn't have to. I opened up an account and she told me to double check to see if I would get a bonus from it and she was right because as usual Wells Fargo does not their stuff together and I was not going to get my bonus until I had to iron out the wrinkles with the situation. Regret going back to Wells Fargo but at least this branch and the manager were very helpful
