I have been a member of Wescom for 20 years. I'm very happy with the service I have received. When I enter the branch in Stevenson Ranch, CA, there's always a familiar and friendly face greeting me. Getting ready to roll over my 401k to Wescom. Little by little I'm ridding myself of big corporate bank ties. ??

They declined my auto loan because there were too many recent credit inquiries lol I even told them I was shopping around other banks. They were within a week period and they still refused an auto loan. I have a 790 credit score. Their loss, I financed through Premier America FCU with a 2.75% rate.

Can't believe they do not have esign! It's 2022!! How do you expect people who relocated and had fraudulent charges drive 4 hours to sign new account paperwork- call center says no exceptions! You expect a young woman to drive with no access to money for gas etc. they don't even have a local branch phone number! Don't use them or Zelle- Zelle is joke!

Came in to open an account for my kid. Had about 25 mins to closing, personal banker was going to help out and then manager came by and said didn't have enough time. There was literally no one in the bank. I used to work at a bank and would have opened that new account. I'll try another branch.

Absolutely amazed by the excellent customer service that Wescom brought to the table! Over the phone Natalie was extremely transparent and to the point, the entire process was both organized and surprisingly simple! I was offered an approval at a way better rate to refinance my auto loan, on top of that I was approved for a credit card! At 21 years old this entire process seemed so complicated and difficult with other credit unions I had went to, including logix! After confirming my approval I had gone in to the branch, upon arrival I was paired with Greg who made me feel at home and welcomed! He had an answer for all my questions, and was extremely friendly. Overall I am more then satisfied with my decision to bank with Wescom! If your looking for a credit union look no further!

This review is solely for the chunkier white dude teller. Every time he has "helped" me, he always rolls his eyes. He always looks like he's just faking his customer service, someone needs to teach him REAL customer service. Unless it's just me and it's because I'm not white. Who knows.

Super nice inside. Shawn was the most helpful person I have ever encountered in a bank. She got me set up with a checking/savings account and helped me apply for an auto loan all under 30 min! Looking forward to the next time I come in.

Wescom Credit Union is my favorite place to bank. Especially the Stevenson Ranch location but all of them I have visited. The employees are always professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. They offer all the same amenities that a larger bank has but on a personal level. The branches are always clean , many offer coffee, water and have restrooms. They make each member feel like part of the family. I need to give a special shout out to Brooke who has been transferred to Palmdale, Shaun and Greg at my local branch. All the employees are great and even though there are not many locations its still easy to handle financial needs thru ebranch and many ATMS with no fees. THANK YOU WESCOM CREDIT UNION!

Very disappointed in our experience at this branch. Went in to have three copies of a document notarized only to be told she only had time to do one because it was lunchtime, this was at 1:30. We explained that we couldn't come back later and only one copy didn't help us because we were an hour away and needed to be at a meeting for getting our house rebuilt since are house was destroyed by the Bobcat fire. She still said she could only do one even though there wasn't any line at that time. Not what we have come to expect or ever experienced at any Wescom branch.

I would like to thank the staff for welcoming me with open arms. Shawn and the Branch Manager were very friendly and made me feel right at home. I felt like I was a part of a new family as I opened my new account there. I used to work in a bank and now work for StateFarm and know how important customer service is. They are amazing! I’m so happy the branch is also open during these difficult times. My current Credit Union has its doors closed and now transferring everything over to Wescom! Thank you for having such an amazing staff!!! I will refer all my friends!
