There are two employees there who I imagine have been there a long time and their dysfunction has been normalized. They are not taking responsibility for much of anything, and need to be corrected or fired. There is one woman there who I imagine is newer and she is doing her best to be helpful with everyone. One star for the bad employees, five stars for the good one.

Love this post office and the staff. Jim is the best!! He is reliable, professional, caring and personable all at the same time. Thank you for making my experience with Stinson USPS such a positive one!
