I attempted to call this location and the gentleman that answered was very unprofessional. He called me by my name saying hello Chloe(never spoken to him in my life), then said he knows my Social Security Number as well. He did admit to being at this location. I'm just trying to find a lost loved one. This is terrifying, absurd, and insane

There's like maybe two or three employees I like here. I'm done means being sensitive but it seems as though I asked questions and they don't understand. And then a lot recently this past couple weeks I noticed on the screen whenever it comes to a point where it asks if I wanted a item for free or for a dollar off they will skip past it. When the store first opened they had an entirely different crew.

Depending on the workers some are koo/chill n there others just played out rude! There two pumps 10 and 6 the red sticker were you put your card in to pay for gas was gone n looked tamper with I moved to a different pump n paid inside I told the guy in the store about the two pumps he seemed like he didn’t care or was under the influence. Lately then been more cops cars driving by n just posting up in the parking lot which is nice since than the homeless/tweakers hasn’t really been there there used to be a lot just nod off by the entrance made you unsafe walking in for anything. But the icy and food I have no problem with they keep it stock and clean!

I’m 12 years old and with the guidance of my mom right now next me I’m submitting this with permission, I purchased Hot Cheetos a skittles and a prime drink I gave the employee 20$ while my mom was getting her cigarettes and I was short three dollars and 45 cents, I was being rushed to get my moms money and move out the way to continue with other people’s purchases and my mom swiftly intervene stating to owe us back the right change and not to be pointing out the receipt 🧾 because he took it upon himself to put in the wrong amount given to him. Don’t be fooled count your money.

Terrible customer service, all the food items on the grill such as hot dogs & such were very over cooked & disgusting! I had asked a worker how long they had been there && was told “way too long” then asked for something fresh & was denied! So when I went to settle for nachos there was also no fresh relish or jalapeños or onions &&&& the cheese dispenser was empty. The worker literally then shoved past me to open the dispenser & was getting in my face when I asked for the managers information! I was treated very un fairly && will most definitely never go back!! Super unprofessional && very unhygienic!

I don’tt know what happened to the old crew but the new crew in charge of everything just made the whole store go downhill, went in yesterday to get some snacks and when over to the hot foods part where they have those taquitos and they were cold, they told me I could just heat it up but when you leave food out like that to get cold you can’t just reheat it someone can get sick not gonna go to this one again which sucks because it’s right next to my house, Slurpee machines are always down too
