I have heard good things about Aaronâs in the past however, my experience with them has been horrible. It started out with the delivery and them promising a certain day and ended up being weeks later, I let that go because I am a VERY understanding person. Now, my bank card was cancelled due to fraudulent activity and the manager (Sonia) called me EXTREMELY RUDE talking about they would be at my house after 3 today to pick up my furniture. This is not the first time she was rude with me. She is a very arrogant person who needs to take herself down a couple notches. Needless to say once I complete my payments, I will NEVER purchase with them again.

I have bought stuff from Aaron's and have consistently been prompt and on-time with payments. However my most recent purchase of a HP laptop has left me wondering if Aaron's is the best place to purchase items like laptops and even the element TV I bought from them has given up life as it just went blank and won't show pictures. I tried returning the laptop but they told me that I have paid off on it and as such there is nothing they can do to change it but to send it to their service
center for fixing and this could take several months. What kind of shop does this? Appalling I say. Never buying there again.

I have been buying stuff from Aaron's since 2016, never have I've been, disrespected and played in my experience until now I went to pick out some furniture around Xmas time , on there 1cent ad and to be told I wasn't qualified, has we continue a walk looking for some affordable furniture, I found this three piece living room set, I was told I can get it per-lease and I stated from the beginning I can't afford no high payments because I only so much a month. They played me charging me 348 a month for some use furniture and was supposed to give me a discount and the furniture has rips in the back of them. Be careful of Aaron's . No matter what today it's ashame that the people who work there is ripping people off

Worst customer service EVER!!! They kept giving me the run around about my couches. The store manager told me i was gonna receive my furniture February 12,2024 and i never received my order. I called the store and they said i wasn't even in the books for a delivery.. this is at the stockton location.

I want online and pick up some furniture and said that I didn't have to pay until January 15th. I put all my information in. I did everything. I was supposed to already see my furniture on December fourth, the day that I was supposed to receive the furniture. I get a call saying that, I suppose. I had my debit card on file to do the easy pay but before then somebody called me to ask me if I wanted to do the easy pay and I told them no that I was just coming to the store and pay it instead of giving them my credit card. So then I gotta say that I'm suppose it's supposed to be delivered and never got delivered. Because I refused to give them my credit card even though they had my credit card number on file. So then I went into the store to talk to somebody. She told me to put that a new manager and to just put my credit card on file for 2 days. And then just take it off so I can get my furniture. So that's what I did. So then my furniture is supposed to be delivered. January 4th Then the same thing happens, they call. Call me to say that I have to give them my credit card number. Because she had told me to take it off in 2 days. The first time, so I got it. Frustrated with them and just gave them my credit card number again. So I can get this furniture. But they put me through all of this. Because I don't want to leave my credit card number. And I just wanted to come in the store and pay it. I'm still calling corporate.

I made a lease agreement online taking advantage of a great deal, purchased a stackable washer dryer unit even though interest rate was pretty much the cost of unit (ridiculous). Called the Aaron's that is suppose to be delivering unit and I'm told "you need to come down to our store and bring your id we need to make a copy of it, drove an hour round trip presented my id and customer service rep doesn't make copy all I'm told is we just need to see it and schedule your delivery. Schedule my delivery and mind you we all have a life and jobs so I take the day off from work to be available for the appliance to be delivered and installed, early evening I'm called and told I have to purchase a power cord and hoses so they can install appliance. I RUSH to Home Depot spend an additional $90 on told of what I already spent purchasing this appliance because I'm given this excuses that they think what they have won't be long enough, I'm just wanting my appliance delivered and installed at this point because I'm not one to be at a laundromat. I call Aaron's one more time because I'm looking at the time and it's getting late and I ask Amalia the customer service rep at this location if she can give me an eta she tells me unfortunately they can't give an eta bit guarantees me it will be delivered tonight, it's 10:15pm and by this time I'm going to assume they aren't coming. If you know your people aren't going to make it why not reschedule? It's so simple you already waisted my entire day, you know every home have different connections you should have available longer cords and hoses, it's not the first and last time you will be in this situation but your fail to prepare for this. I'm definitely in my right to cancel this agreement and will do so. Aaron's is the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with and it's employee have no idea how to handle the company in a professional manner and they are liars and behave in such a way

I've bought a number of things from Aarons, from the Watsonville store, then Pittsburg, and tomorrow im going to pickup my new mattress at the Stockton location.We all know that if your looking for the best price, then Aarons isnt gonna be your store. Aarons is for all types of people of course but for folks that might not have the best credit. They make it possible for us to purchase good stuff for our homes no matter what your credit score is. And for those of you that dont know, thats why they charge more, their taking the risk.All of my purchases have been a great experiences no matter what the price was. I appreciated being treated well by a professional staff. So i would recommend aarons to anyone, and i cant wait for my new mattress!P.S. I dealt with Sean at the hammer ln location and he made it a breeze for this purchase. Polite and a Pro all the way thru.
