Worst customer service EVER!!! They kept giving me the run around about my couches. The store manager told me i was gonna receive my furniture February 12,2024 and i never received my order. I called the store and they said i wasn't even in the books for a delivery.. this is at the stockton location.

I want online and pick up some furniture and said that I didn't have to pay until January 15th. I put all my information in. I did everything. I was supposed to already see my furniture on December fourth, the day that I was supposed to receive the furniture. I get a call saying that, I suppose. I had my debit card on file to do the easy pay but before then somebody called me to ask me if I wanted to do the easy pay and I told them no that I was just coming to the store and pay it instead of giving them my credit card. So then I gotta say that I'm suppose it's supposed to be delivered and never got delivered. Because I refused to give them my credit card even though they had my credit card number on file. So then I went into the store to talk to somebody. She told me to put that a new manager and to just put my credit card on file for 2 days. And then just take it off so I can get my furniture. So that's what I did. So then my furniture is supposed to be delivered. January 4th Then the same thing happens, they call. Call me to say that I have to give them my credit card number. Because she had told me to take it off in 2 days. The first time, so I got it. Frustrated with them and just gave them my credit card number again. So I can get this furniture. But they put me through all of this. Because I don't want to leave my credit card number. And I just wanted to come in the store and pay it. I'm still calling corporate.

Went in and was assisted by Shon was really helpful and had great customer service got all the items I needed within my leasing power explained everything great highly recommend going to him if ur thinking of leasing at Arron’s off hammer lane in Stockton ?

Doesn’t answer their phone. When you pay off your lease they’ll tell you didn’t. Avoid at all costs.

I made a lease agreement online taking advantage of a great deal, purchased a stackable washer dryer unit even though interest rate was pretty much the cost of unit (ridiculous). Called the Aaron's that is suppose to be delivering unit and I'm told "you need to come down to our store and bring your id we need to make a copy of it, drove an hour round trip presented my id and customer service rep doesn't make copy all I'm told is we just need to see it and schedule your delivery. Schedule my delivery and mind you we all have a life and jobs so I take the day off from work to be available for the appliance to be delivered and installed, early evening I'm called and told I have to purchase a power cord and hoses so they can install appliance. I RUSH to Home Depot spend an additional $90 on told of what I already spent purchasing this appliance because I'm given this excuses that they think what they have won't be long enough, I'm just wanting my appliance delivered and installed at this point because I'm not one to be at a laundromat. I call Aaron's one more time because I'm looking at the time and it's getting late and I ask Amalia the customer service rep at this location if she can give me an eta she tells me unfortunately they can't give an eta bit guarantees me it will be delivered tonight, it's 10:15pm and by this time I'm going to assume they aren't coming. If you know your people aren't going to make it why not reschedule? It's so simple you already waisted my entire day, you know every home have different connections you should have available longer cords and hoses, it's not the first and last time you will be in this situation but your fail to prepare for this. I'm definitely in my right to cancel this agreement and will do so. Aaron's is the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with and it's employee have no idea how to handle the company in a professional manner and they are liars and behave in such a way

I've bought a number of things from Aarons, from the Watsonville store, then Pittsburg, and tomorrow im going to pickup my new mattress at the Stockton location.We all know that if your looking for the best price, then Aarons isnt gonna be your store. Aarons is for all types of people of course but for folks that might not have the best credit. They make it possible for us to purchase good stuff for our homes no matter what your credit score is. And for those of you that dont know, thats why they charge more, their taking the risk.All of my purchases have been a great experiences no matter what the price was. I appreciated being treated well by a professional staff. So i would recommend aarons to anyone, and i cant wait for my new mattress!P.S. I dealt with Sean at the hammer ln location and he made it a breeze for this purchase. Polite and a Pro all the way thru.

I'm picking up my new mattress today at Aarons Hammer Ln. location. Ive bought things at different locations in the past and have been real happy how smooth everything went and how professional the staff was at the watsonville and pittsburg stores were. Well, the store on Hammer ln. is the same. The guy that helped me was Sean and he is really professional and very nice to do business with. Rent to own places arent the cheapest places to buy things but when they do there job well and are so good to do business with, i can handle the price. Aarons provides the chance for people like me, who may be rebuilding their credit, a chance to get quality home furnishings, electronics, and more. If your looking to buy some furniture or electronics, etc. and dont have great credit, dont go without, go see Sean at the Hammer ln. location. They got lots to choose from.

I deal with Aarons and RentACenter. I skipped one payment Rent-A-Center was cool about it. Aarons is treating me like I’m a criminal like I’m not going to pay them back I said I have no money. I will pay you next paycheck. Then they were demanding money out of me. So I ignored them for like two days they showed up at my doorstep. They’re calling me with harassing phone calls. I will pay them back, but never deal with them again they are so unprofessional you’re all going through hard times right now, but they don’t understand they want their money right now. Again, very greedy and unprofessional never deal with them.

Did not ship here, but drivers from this company are insane. One was tailgating me aggressively on Pacific during rush hour, and proceeded to flip me off because I wouldn't pass the speed limit. Horrible company representative.

Bad customer service order with them and already having problems and getting the go around with them. First my order was messed up then they forgot screws then told me times they would come by then don’t then just show up to my place without letting me know about it then tell me another date then don’t show up. I order furniture then for them to mess up in the order then they forgot the screws to put the bed together then I can’t put the bed together and have my headboard against my wall and it’s been like that for a couple days since I got it. I never had a problem with Aaron’s in Manteca but now in stockton

I placed the order for delivery back in august, after getting the run around saying they where moving store and then where understaffed. They finally made it out to my house with the furniture. Well as soon as they got it into my house they told me it was the wrong furniture. They said they had to go back to the warehouse and would be back at the end of the day. Then I heard nothing back so I called the store and asked when it’s going to be delivered. They told me they don’t know they would have to find out and call me back. I actually had to cancel my order and it’s super unfortunate. I waited so long and was so excited for my furniture. The whole situation is just very unprofessional.

Do not go here to rent anything! Honestly if your in need and are looking to make payments go to progressive leasing or snap you'll be better off ! Their staff and management here are very unknowledgeable and their merchandise is garbage ! I went Their to rent to own a washer and the one I got was brand new and it didn't work from the day I received it so they sent someone out to check it out and there were hella broken parts on it that needed to be replaced and they were a month out on parts , getting a replacement washer from them was going to be a 2 week wait so I decided to go to progressive in lowes and get my washer , Aaron's would not reimburse any of the money they took for getting the rental started which was 115 dollars I was out and this month they took another 115 for a product I don't have anymore and I'm still waiting on them to put that money back into my acct , absolute nightmare and I will never go back here for anything again !
