I am truly disheartened by the blatant disrespect I received from ADAM if I could leave 0 stars I would this place is a nightmare the owner is incredibly rude and was trying to fight with me because he broke my wheel spacer I asked him to pay me 50 dollars to fix it which isn’t even the full price of one which is 80 dollars he said that he didn’t want to give me the 50 and was trying to kick me out and steal the tires back I had just bought from him Instead of owning up to his mistake he took it out on the customer which is so unprofessional especially coming from the manager/owner save your time and money and please don’t ever come here and be careful because he might try to get one over on you! Also if it wasn’t for his father stepping in he would have assaulted a 17 year old kid over 50 dollars instead of having the balls to own up to HIS mistake he has a horrible attitude and he rather loose a costumer than pay for his wrong doing and just pay $50

The owner was so disrespectful and had a disgusting attitude I will never be coming back here again he breaks things and acts like he didn’t and he doesn’t own up to his mistakes I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life you would think they would have a little more respect for property that’s not theirs and on top of that he doesn’t comunícate with you only with the other workers so you won’t know what’s going on

Bro just told me straight to my face my brand new Volks TE37 SL’s aren’t that expensive. I simply told them to be extra careful putting the tires and wheel together. But this persons ego, thinks I’m demeaning his shop. All I ask as a customer is a good service like everyone else. You expect to have your wheel come out of that scuff free. Considering it’s a $4000 set. I took it to a different shop and they understood the assignment and took their time and the result is below. Go somewhere else if you care about your wheels and tires.

This tire shop is very busy so be patient is worth it, good customer service, they work as fast as they can, trying to get you in and out as fast as possible, good tire prices for every budget.

Gave me wrong size even after I specifically told them to do the same size that I was already running. When I brought them back unmounted he still refused to refund me. Terrible customer service.

I needed an alignment and two tires for my vehicle. I called several places in Stockton to get quotes and compare prices. Adam tire and wheels beat all the other quotes by half. No appointment needed, within five minutes of arriving they started working on my car and I was out in less than an hour.

This is my 3rd time visiting this place and every visit was pleasant. The guys who run this place are very genuine and helpful. I came in asking for prices for a used tire and a new set. Appreciate the guys there because they didn't once try to force me to get a set of new tires. I only needed one since one had a unrepairable hole and I'm getting a new wheel set soon anyways. Also got my alignment done. Very fast and efficient. Give these guys a try, I know the location may make some people questionable, but you won't regret it. Definitely a hole in the wall.
