The swing shift personnel of Hannah and Alyssa is very professional and polite. The bathrooms are very clean and opened all the time except for when they are being cleaned. The store always looks in order. I'm very satisfied with this convenience store!

This is probably my favorite gas station in town. I come here a lot in the mornings and the staff is wonderful. I came in today and Hannah was a great helped finding what I needed.

Hannah and Alyssa are rude and aggressively unprofessional. I'm leaving only one star because all the other employees are very nice. I was called the store because I wanted to make sure a transaction was canceled because it said pending on my end. The person answered the phone as Michelle but it was the employee Hannah that charged my card in the store. Before I could say anything she said she knew who I was and started yelling at me. She told me I had no money and was trying to swindle the store out of 25 dollars. When I asked her name she lied. When I asked the managers name she said it was Michelle and that she would not be there till the morning. I did not want any money I was just trying to confirm a canceled transaction. I have never been treated so badly without saying much. I just don't understand why it had to escalate to someone yelling at me. I asked if I could leave a voice mail and I was told that they do not have one. I just need to speak to someone in charge with a level head. All the other employees I have delt with through out the years are very polite but I will not be going to this location ever again. Highly unprofessional. The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. Update on my previous review. My card was charged. I was told the transaction was canceled but it went through.

Horrible experience. I’ve boughten beer multiple times here never been ID , but I got ID show my ID was with my friend that didn’t have her ID but had a picture of it and they asked for hers I asked why if I’m buying it and they said because she with me . Which is weird cause I’m paying for it I got it and they said it policy mind you never been asked for my ID and when she called her manager she said if she has a picture of the bar code you can use it . And the cashier said no that’s not what you said . Ultimately I just wanted to buy beer clearly they weren’t having it and wasn’t going to stand there listening to them going back-and-forth so we decided to leave. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER

My husband was falsely accused of stealing a redbull by the cashier working on 11/24/2023 at 12:40am. He had previously went to this am/pm at about 10pm on Thanksgiving and purchased 2 apricot strawberry redbulls, we then went to the casino and gambled. When we returned back home decided to stop at the same am/pm to buy snacks. My husband walked in with last bit of redbull and put it in the trash while I was filling my soda cup to purchase. When we got to the cashier, instead of ringing up our purchase she walked over to the soda fountain counter to check the trash can, then came back and started ringing up out items and then added "would you like to pay for the redbull you threw in the trash can?" My husband simply said for them to check the cameras and was told they don't have access to them. The cashier stated that she was going by what her coworker told her that he grabbed the redbull and drank it and put it in the trash. So because of an assumption my husband was falsely accused of being a thief. This is insulting and embarrassing. I really hope the manager has the lady apologize to my husband.

My favorite gas station to come to, they always have what i am looking for and best customer service NOW, Sylvia one of the former employee was just horrible she was the biggest bully there horrible to customers. I read what she wrote in the reviews and it’s false information she was the bully I always talk to michelle,lisa and Amanda and they are wonderful there definitely will be coming all times of the day now that she’s gone I no longer need to walk on eggshells and worry if she will be working when I come in!

I stopped coming here when I had a couple of bad experiences with a cashier named Sylvia. She was rude and disrespectful. I came in and talked to the manager, Michelle, and she was wonderful and handled the situation perfectly. Now that the problem cashier is gone I will gladly come back due to how the manager and the rest of her staff are towards customers they are the reason for the 5 stars!

I will never come back to this ampm. I use to love coming here until I started coming at night two of the employees, Sylvia and Felicia they were just completely rude to me every time I came in. They would walk to the back and start talking about me, about my weight, my skin color, how I looked, they are just completely disrespectful. The manager Michelle was wondering she was so sweet when I talked to her about the situation. It’s been more than once. Michelle has always been wonderful to me she’s one of the best managers! The main employee I would stay away from is Sylvia! She is the worst! She won’t even help me when I come in she just walks away laughing at me. I came in everyday and now I will never be back.I am only giving 3 stars because of the manger Michelle

This is probably one of the best AM/PM I've ever been to the ladies that work the day shift are excellent they treat all their customers like they're family... we need more stores and people like this in our communities!!!
