Absolutely amazing worst customer service from managers to employee current customers inside the five employees running around they seem to be lost remind me to look like he was high no one in there had a clue what they're doing please stay away the waste of time and energy

Scarlet at AT&T Stockton ca was very helpful she went above and beyond by breaking down our bill, converting us to a family plan and adding on our screen protectors and phone cases to our brand new three new phones. Thank you for all your help we appreciate the time you took for our family.

Absolutely horrible customer service. First they made me illegally change my phone number, which I found out after the fact that I could do and then when I came in to change it they refused. I found this out because customer service informed me that they get paid for starting new lines. Jose is the guys name, he refused to help me and I caught him in quite a few lies as well. Thankfully another store helped me. I wouldn’t recommend going to this particular ATT store unless you want to work with shady people.

Sucks ordering online and says pickup today but then they don't let me pickup today, they want me to double pay for it and wait for the refund, terrible terrible experience this time around, but Overall can't complain too bad about this store as they have helped me and worked with my situations before and do what they can to help, nice and friendly staff

Good customer service; but they did not mention that they were going to charge us $230 for our 2 phone lines. Came here to get a cheaper internet. Will switch back to T-Mobile and Xfinity. Good employees.

Made an appointment for 3:00 fifteen went by still didn’t get any help resolving the issue, all I needed was help on how to pay my wireless bill through my internet app, considering changing carrier.
P.s. not enough employees to help customers either.

The team was amazing. Diane assisted through everything I went in for. Manager stopped by at least 2/3 times just to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. Appreciate the attention they gave us. Definitely made us feel valued.

All I wanted was a SIM card for my wireless router. All I got was the run around trying to verify my account with my picture id which wasn’t working for some strange reason. Had to leave because it was taking forever and I was tired and had just got off work for the day.
