Zstlaly was amazing she went above and beyond for me it was my birthday so not only did I walk out with the phone I wanted but she made sure to work efficiently and was so informative she got me out of there within minutes I will definitely be coming back just to deal with her and will be bring my entire family from now on here to this location for phones and services

Edgar and Juan were both great. They go far to excel in your customer service needs. I went to a busier store in town and they were too bothered to care to help me with a bill issue I had just referred me to customer care. I came to this one and what do you know these guys were able to solve my bill problem and convinced me to try their internet. Happy with their new WiFi internet air and love their service everyone check this AT&T out.

The employees at the store I met were had great customer service the guy that helped me edgar did everything he could to help me with the info and paperwork I need he did everything he could but as usual at&t wouldn't provide the information needed for him to complete what I needed that's just at&t doesn't matter if it's in store or over the at&t doesn't provide their employees the info they need to help the customers completely

Worst customer service ever. I went into the store and asked for rep Emeyleen to help with escalation since she created my account and she told me she could not help me. I was told no manager was available to help me either. Zero customers were in the store and reps were just standing around. They added insurance without my knowledge. I’m very dissatisfied with the service provided.

Called for assistance with my replacement phone order. Associate didn’t try and help just cut me off and hung up my call so I called back and they continued to keep me on hold, answer them send me back on hold, when I was told to go to the location to obtain my phone by customer service..All Stockton locations terrible they don’t even want to do there jobs..

The store is awesome! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Saul the new store manager. He along with his employees Zee and Emily were able to set me up with an account and saved me as much as possible. Their customer service is a prime example of what it should be! I previously visited the corporate location on Pacific and they were nowhere near close this stores level of customer service which is sad considering g the should be the standard!
