Javier is the true meaning of customer service; providing a friendly, helpful, easygoing experience to customers. He was knowledgeable, articulate, transparent about prices and deals/bundles. I was in and out of the store with a brand new phone and some accessories within a blink of an eye. I've worked customer service jobs for years and I can clearly tell that this guy cares about bringing his best to work. Truly a pleasant experience.

We were just in this store and RJ was the best! So patient with us and also has an amazing ability to multitask all while providing excellent customer service. He was able to assist other customers all while taking care of us and everyone was satisfied and happy! This location truly has a gem with RJ there. There was another representative there working who was also very friendly. We will definitely be reaching out to RJ if we ever need help in the future.

Cliff
We had a problem with our bill talk to Cliff and he explained everything to us why we had chargers so high Cliff was wonderful and kind and very easy to work with I recommend At&t in the Trinty park excellent service

I was greeted when I walked through the door. Great Customer Service. Answered all my questions thoroughly! In and out within the hour. My experience was fast & reassured. Would Definitely recommend coming back soon for some other upgrades 10/10. Thank you Manny for a great service.

Customer service was terrible. Abdul and Angelica were both unprofessional and unclear with the details they were trying to give to us. At first, Adbul had mentioned about the deal for an ipad. We asked him multiple time about it but wasnt able to explain properly. I went to a different store and they were able ti explain it properly. Angelica needs to stop texting adbul on the side while talking to customer. Very unprofessional. If adbul needed to give us the information then he shouldve faced us instead of them texting back and forth.

This store is sorry. Entered the store at 6:54 pm. All I wanted was a SIM card for my wireless router. After the guy took my id and re entered my address and phone number for whatever reason he told me he couldn’t sell me one because their registers don’t open the last five minutes of the day. I could have paid card. I guess my money is no good here.

I have had AT&T Internet for 12 years. We have terrible reception where we live. Even when we upgrade, it never gets any better. But I guess there was a breach again all our information gets out. And now they’ve automatic reset our pins codes. So when I call, he tells me that I either need to go to the AT&T store with my license and a bill and figure out what they’ve said it to. Because there’s really nothing he can do about it. This is so ridiculous. This is the worst service I’ve ever had . The customer service is horrible the prices are horrible. Really don’t sign up for ATT Internet, they don’t care about their customers they are all about the money. Have to put my dog Roxy down this morning that I’ve loved for 11 years and now , I have to run to AT&T store to reset my pin. This is horrible. Hugo was a lot of help.
