Went in and asked to charge a battery. The next day they said it was bad. I Had it tested at Napa. The battery is fine. Autozone can't be trusted.

The service rep stopped his lunch to come out to my car and explain how to go to the new auto zone on West Lane and March Rd. I purchased rear struts although I can't remember his name. I remember the face if I see him again. I'm from San Jose visiting Stockton when the problem occurred.

Bad area is not the fault of auto zone but California homeless are everywhere, the employees are cool. Let the police do their job and trash won't happen. So to blame Auto Zone for government problem is not right. Been going here for years another thing The trash is coming from the smoke shop next door. Since the smoke shop opened up the people just stand outside all day long until night .. Probably buying and selling drugs. What should I do write a book? Like I said it's not the employees fault so five star because I know they work hard and under staffed with a bad area

I spent 15 - 20 minutes looking for an item. No one asked me if I needed any help. There were no customers in the store. The outside of the place was filthy. Oil bottles and trash everywhere. I will not return to this establishment
