The last time that I was at this location the person that I asked to check why my engine light as on, was lost. He was behind the counter asking for help from his coworkers and they all ignored him. Eventually we got the issue all sorted out. Then there was today. I had my alternator replaced yesterday but the red battery light came on so I asked them to check my battery and alternator. The guy came out with his testing stuff and after connecting he said my battery was no good and dead and that he couldn't test the alternator without the battery being good. I had an extra battery so I asked if we could swap that and test again. He went inside and came back out with the wrong sized socket to remove the battery terminals. He went back and came back with the wrong socket again. Finally he went back in and got the right socket 10 mm but his drive ratchet was no good. He couldn't get it to turn right or left because it was missing a part that kept the ratchet together. He kept turning it right and left until I told him to stop. Then I said that I would take my vehicle to the west lane location and he said that it was a good idea since most of the tools they used at this location were broken and didn't work. I took my car to west lane and had the battery and alternator checked and they both passed all the tests with flying colors. Beware of the march ln location.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. As a mechanic, let me tell you this, just because the part is new doesn't mean it works. It could be defective.

Elijah was very helpful and he greeted me upon entering. I wasn't sure where my product was but he showed me exactly where it was. His customer service was excellent and he was very kind. Would recommend to anyone, to come to this location!

The March Lane (near Perching Avenue) has knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly staff, I turned in some used motor oil for recycling (USED MOTOR OIL → MUST be in a container WITH A LID (the lid MUST be secured) →mandated by the state← for recycling at most any auto parts supplier FREE OF CHARGE to the consumer ... this law has been on the books for several years now

Cruz was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had the proper battery for my car and that it was installed properly. Initially we asked his co worker for help, but he told us to come back in a few hours as they were short staffed. When we came back he was on lunch and Cruz was the only person there. I could tell the other guy told us to come back because he didn't want to do it, but I'm glad he did because Cruz was great! Thanks again!
