We needed to get an engine light report which is a free service for customers. Once that we completed it, the cashier couldn't give us any real advice on what to do with the information other than to say see a mechanic. Duh!

Rude and abnoxious girl at the checkout counter . Zero customer service, simply felt like she didn't Wana be there .

called and placed on hold. 30 mins after with no check in from them i hung up and called again. they picked up to place me on hold again this time for 5 mins and then was able to take my call.

Why am I paying $711.00 for an order, and only getting one point of credit towards my 5 points for my $20.00 credit?
