The tellers lie customer service lie. Terrible place to bank. They talked me into leaving my bank and opening an account. Big mistake. Everytime I deposit a check they put a 7day hold on it like I'm committing fraud. I do not recommend this place at all

Mandy needs an attitude adjustment. I know it's hard to hire good people but she really shouldn't be in customer service. I'm considering moving my business and personal accounts if I have to keep dealing with her terrible attitude.

What bank puts a 1 week hold on a cashiers check? BOA does. From my understanding a cashiers check is as good as cash. SMH.

Terrible customer service and management. I get it's busy but the manager should have a bit more customer skills to be in such a position at a financial institution. Do better buddy.

I was there today to change my Coins the cashier lady told me to come back later at 3 because she couldn't help me because she will need to send out the coins and the other lady have to go on her lunch but what kinds of banks tell their customers to come back later so disappointed at the cashier so I took off and left to wells fargo they was so helpfull didn't tell me to come back at 3.

I highly recommend not coming here if your on a schedule, I was told the wait would be short, ended up waiting 30 minute's just to get told it would take longer. Watched the line for the tellers clear once while waiting.
Make an appointment before showing up if handling business other than depositing check/getting cash from ATM.

If i can give a negative rating I would. Currently waiting because a check was given to me fiancé from work cannot be cashed out due to owner of check having issues on his part. Elder lady with glasses as the teller was rude and not willing to help out, not even willing to talk with owner of check on the phone while she screamed at us. A manager had to come to try and help out because the lady was not being professional nor willing to help. Worst bank do not recommend!

The service here is complete Garbage you get no help from anyone you wait for along time and no one come and ask if you need help or have any questions nothing and the employees are rude to you just horrible never coming here again

Kim, the manager, is unpleasant to deal with. Without looking up my accounts at all , she told me I had to have the co-owner (ex-husband) present to change my name on my account. I've had this account for 20 years, long before I was married, and planned to keep it long after my divorce, however will most likely be closing within the next month. I've spoken with customer service both prior to going and after going and they've assured me I do not have to have anyone else present to update my name. Kim told me she did not care what customer service told me and that she would not make any changes without my husband present, completely rude and unprofessional considering I do not have a husband and I was the sole owner of the account for over a decade before adding a spouse. I'd recommend doing business at a different bank entirely , but if you want to stick with Bank of America then I'd recommend going to a different branch.
