New BMO employees have no idea what theyre doing. Dont bother opening an account here because i'd be surprised if they put your information in the right spots. Went to get a personal loan and they put my application for a home loan! Dont waste your time

Horrible bank after they changed to BMO. Workers come late to work, doors don't open on time, and their ATM doesn't accept cash deposits. Time to change banks.

Made cash deposit inside of branch (ATM machines were not able to take deposits that day). Teller did not count the money in front of me and verbally verify the amount I had. She stated I was $5 short of what I wrote on the deposit slip AFTER she put the cash in her drawer. I told her that I triple counted it before hand and was certain she was mistaken. Fast forward to when I arrived home. I was not comfortable with my visit and decided to call the bank and ask for her drawer to be counted/audited. I also made the suggestion that she verbally count back cash in front of the customers to verify the amounts (before the cash goes in their drawer). Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to speak with the manager. I was told he was on the phone with another customer and that he would call me back after they audit her drawer. I never got a call back. I’ve been unhappy with BOW customer service for some time. This last visit convinced me that after being a customer for over 10 years, I will be taking my business else where.

The worst customer service I have ever seen at a bank. The complete disregard for customer attention is just mind blowing. I've been here a few times were the bank reps just flat out say they have no time to help me and they can't make an appointment. You can sit down or wait for a teller and just watch several of them walking around not helping other customers ,and they won't ever even acknowledge your existence.

On occasion it’s necessary for me to conduct business inside with bank personnel instead of the ATM. On those occasions, the tellers were professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and displayed excellent customer service.

Does any execs are anything ever check on their branches maybe like a mystery shopper type thing, it's like they have no idea these as*hol*s are running their business very poorly. I'm a customer calling the Stockton, ca /Pershing avenue branch trying to get instructions on how to transfer money we get disconnected some how I call right back now they don't wanna pick up I call back again and get hung up on mind you I'm a customer simply trying to get assistance from my bank regarding transferring money to my account and this is the service I receive. It's mind boggling these people run these businesses like this and get away with it. It really gives these companies a bad name I'm considering closing my account and going with another bank not my first time having issues with this particular branch either.

Took my grandmother to the bank only to have her upset that an employee named ponya was very rude to the staff. Only good thing about the bank was the guy at the door.

Horrid! They are by far the slowest bank out there! Also, I went on line to purchase a piano for my niece, and they put a hold on my entire account, not just the the item I was trying to purchase. They made it where I couldn't use my card at all, and then when I tried to call the company to let them know everything was ok, and to take the hold off, they kept me waiting for a long time. Do not go to this bank if you can help it! When I think of the dangers I could have been in because of this it makes me shudder; I travel a lot, and not having access to my card could put my life at risk.

If you want your checking account to shutdown every week for purchases than this is the bank for you. Also made one large purchase and they shut down my checking account completely. Did not tell me any information in the branch went home tried to open again. Then told I have to go back to the branch again because they closed my checking account for no reason. Also did a instant wire transfer from the same bank to my son with the same bank and the funds were not available that day even though they. I would not recommend anyone start this bank go to a credit union instead.

Yesterday I went into the bank and deposited some cash. Under the required amount to report to IRS. The teller began discussing in front of everyone questioning me as to what I did for a living. I said nothing as my husband makes enough money where I dont have to work. She said oh anything over thirty five hundred we have to report. I told her it's none of anyone's business as we had already paid taxes out of my husband's check and this is money I've been saving. She persisted with drilling me in from of everyone in the bank. I felt like she was questioning me as if I were a criminal.I then called Steven the branch manager and he said it's their policy over thirty five hundred and has been this way for years. I told him we've made plenty of deposits as members of over twenty five years at this bank and my husband makes a six figure salary. So we've already paid taxes. I finally squeezed it out of him that its reported to the IRS not just the bank.He explained to me about their policies due to money laundering. He told me if I'm not doing anything wrong than I have nothing to worry about. Excuse me???????? The IRS rips us off already as it is now the bank is tracking me so they can potentially double dip and double tax me??? Which is actually a violation of my constitutional rights. I let Steven know it better not effect MY funds that are rightfully MY families or I would hold the bank personally responsible. If that's their policy they should be required to disclose it. Absolute nonsense. Complete communism!!! I'm reporting it to the highest branch at bank of the west and considering pulling the account and we've been members ever since it was union safe deposit bank since nineteen ninety seven.
