We have had a very prolific business account at this bank since 1999. You cannot trust this bank branch with your deposits nor money. The bank is so poorly mismanaged it is unbelievable. If you go to make a deposit, unless the older lady that has worked there for 30 years is working, you are lucky to be in and out of the bank within 30 minutes! We had, for the umpienth time our deposit ( thousands of dollars, multiple checks ie the lifeblood of our business “lost” for the second time now!). We see customers in line all the time complaining about the lazy tellers (outside of the old lady). We had a last teller by the name of Amy tell us 5 days ago she would find our lost business deposit and call us. 5 days later she forgot about calling us and our deposit and she forgot she even talked to us til we had to come into the branch to remind her. Again we have been a business account for 25+ years at this branch!!! What hope do you have as an individual depositor? In fact the lady in front of of us had the same problem, Amy lost her deposit and in over 3 days never caller her back despite promises she would! Worse Amy forgot who the customer was and made this customer in front of us wait for 10 minutes while she, Amy gabbed with another employee who was doing an audit. The auditor even said to Amy “maybe you should help the customer first?” Nope Amy kept standing there gabbing with the employee for another 10 minutes ignoring the customer waiting to find out where her lost deposit was. No sense of customer service! Special note Amy, this customer you neglected and made wait for your gabbing with the auditor, the customer was late for work!!!! The manager, obviously has no sense of the importance of how losing deposits is a big deal to business and individual account holders!!!! This branch is the talk of the Brookside business community. How dang long will this continue at this branch? We have complained how many times over the last year (years) and still no personnel replacements???!!! The regional Magee said 6 months ago she would fix the issues. They aren’t fixed, the issues are worse!!! Yet the manager and much of the other staff are still there running the show (clown show). Worse, the old lady that is the only one that knows what is going on and actually works hard, is retiring soon! We watch constantly the manager and other employees just stand around gabbing or sipping on a drink oblivious to how it looks (their laziness) while a line is out the door and just one teller is working. We wonder, as nothing at this bank has changed in a year+, where is the regional manager and oversight? This bank needs an audit and a full restaff! Completely unprofessional and cannot be trusted with your money!!!!!What is a banks’ main purpose??!! If we can’t trust you with our deposits and money, you are here for….what?Worse, they hired a new teller that always calls in sick? We always hear “we are short staffed x called in sick again” we have been told this by several different tellers. This impacts customers. If your tellers and backup tellers outside of the older lady can’t do their job nor show up for work, is the branch manager really the right person? We see tellers and other bank workers standing around all the time, watching the old lady work while lines are out the door. At other branches managers and others jump in to fill in if they are short tellers. Folks have to get into and out of a branch fast as they have to go to work. The BMO on Pershing even when busy gets folks out within 5-10 minutes. Not this Brookside branch. Sometimes our office manager or we are stuck in line for 20-30 minutes. We have to make daily deposits. That means our employees lunches are shot when they are spending 30 minutes + in line!Forget this bank. BMO, hold someone accountable! Get new managers and regional managers or close the damn branch. When you have unmotivated or let’s say workers that don’t quite know their job and do not know how to properly work with the public, it falls on the branch managers head.

very difficult on-line banking - had to call help center twice, each time for over an hour and it still wouldn't work. Over draft fee is $35. and you get charged another $35. for every four days its a negative balance. Came back from vacation and discovered over $100. in fees due to a $7.00 Uber charge that took me over my balance. Gave up and went back to my credit union.

Horrible customer service! The representatives never want to help me when I come in with issues. I love BOW but I never go to that branch for my banking needs. Every other branch is so pleasant and helpful!
