I needed a battery for my Stanley FatMax flashlight. A replacement is not available so the technician was able to construct one onsite that was an exact replacement. My flashlight is like new. Excellent service. I appreciate that I was able to get the replacement from a local business.

This Batteries and Bulbs store has great customer service. I returned a battery I purchase on Aug 17, 2022 that came with a 4 year warranty from a different Batteries and Bulbs store. They honored the warranty with no hassle and even refunded me the difference of the price. I highly recommend this store and will definitely buy all my batteries from this store. I own 3 vehicles and I have 9 grown children who all have multiple vehicles. I will make sure they all buy their batteries from this store.

My insurance sent me to this store location to get my phones screen repaired. I called them two days earlier to book an appointment and explain the service I will be getting. They told me to do a walk in, an appointment was not required. so I drive for 200 miles to this store. A whole F 200 miles only for them to tell me that they don't have the phone screen in the store , and that it would take three weeks or so to be delivered if we order it. Like, why wouldn't they tell me that in advance when I called? what kind of customer service is that? I wasted my time, energy and gas to end up disappointed.

Told me they had the appropriate screen to fix my phone. They then triple checked left my phone for multiple hours to have them call me and say I have to drive back across town to pick up my still broken phone because they did not have my screenwr waistin moteof my time and money

Awful experience! Had a key ordered for my Honda twice. Both keys didn't work waited for about 6 weeks for each key to arrive.

Been Using Batteries Plus Bulbs for years. Nice to have a place to go when you need batteries now. They usually have what is hard to find. Warranty claims are handled quick and efficiently. Highly Recommend.
