My dog is apprehensive around strangers, and unfortunately, the vet tech we encountered lacked compassion. She seemed more focused on rushing through procedures than on considering my dog's well-being. We’ll be looking for a new vet to go to.

Could not get in for 3 weeks. Ridiculous. My old vet, who owned AmericanVet, works here and he helped me pull my rottie from parvo. Now I can't get an appointment to put her down so I just have to watch her suffer. Covid did a lot of things but vets, like this one, are taking advantage of the situation.

I can't stress this enough...do not board you dog here. We have been customers for a very long time but since the change of ownership, the customer service and care for the dogs has disappeared. When I picked up my dog, he was dehydrated, had a big scratch on his nose (that he was obviously bleeding from), and had lost significant weight. We could see every bone on his back and rib cage. He had absolutely no energy to jump and greet us. Not to mention, his feet were slightly covered in poop. All of this to say, and not one phone call from the vet. They had nothing to say when asked about the scratch. Their only concern was to get paid. If you care for you animal, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I brought my playful cat to get a check up. The vet assistant looked at my cat and then struck a stick in my cats anus and he started screaming. Then the doctor came in and was like, "why is his anus bleeding for?" I was very furious and was like maybe because she stuck a stick inside his butt? He then blamed it was because he has diarrhea. I told him that that's not the case and he has not been having diarrhea. He did not think so and then struck a stick himself inside my cat's anus until he started screaming again. He then chuckled and told me that your cat is not very nice and not playful. I then made comment, " I am sure nobody would like anything struck in there butt". He blamed it was diarrhea and not himself nor his assistant. I do not recommend bringing your cats to this clinic unless you want your cat to be harassed and charged $80 for a checkup.

I completely wasted my time coming here this morning. They have people working here who can't even give a dog a pedicure. They had my dog for 2 minutes before they gave her back to me and told me "she won't let us". Funny, because her last vet did it with no issue. Also, IF she wouldn't let them, they must have given her a reason to make her feel unsafe around them. If you can't make a dog feel comfortable enough to let you trim her nails, then you shouldn't be working with animals. Dogs have a good sense of character and the staff here doesn't seem to have the right kind to work here.

I found this hospital 3 years ago during Covid when my senior dog was dying. We weren't allowed inside it the staff came out and updated us constantly. She ended up being put down but the staff took care of her and me above and beyond. My dog was cremated and they did something extra special. They imprinted her inked nose and paw print on paper and framed it. I have a new puppy and the staff has been great so far.

My puppy is 5mo old and is the friendliest dog a vet can have as a patient. He hasn't had much outside contact with other people due to getting him up to date with puppy shots, but we try to get him comfortable at the vet so he's not frightened and is friendly with the staff. With him not having much contact with other humans he can tend to be hesitant, but with a little praise he will go willingly. NOT HERE... the moment he became resistive they dragged him by his leash making him choke and cough all the way to the back of the clinic. With that kind of traumatic experience for a puppy, he may develop a fear or aggression the next time he visits. The staff here is also seem very unhappy and that treatment carries over to the care of your animal.

My Son's dog, who he rescued a few years ago, while in Arizona, wasn't looking too well. Concerned, he drove to Rosemarie V.H., where he was recommended to bring his dog, Chip, to Bear Creek. They were very caring and understanding once he arrived. Chip was seen by the nurse and doctor, who truly sympathized with my son. When it was Chips time to go, everything was handled with care and assurance. The staff was incredible with my son, giving him the hospitality to grieve and say goodbye in private. Not an easy time for a first visit but Bear Creek made everything right. Big thank you!

Treated our pitbull with care when he was sick. They ran a bunch of test and sent us home with the proper medication. They are a reasonable price. Very nice bunch of people a were very comforting to my dog. They have a very clean vet hospital. Would highly recommend.

My cat was in and out for a nail trimming appointment. Bear Creek was fast and did a good job.

They saved my dog's life when he was just 6 months old and now he is 7 and Service Dog with documents. I like going to see the Veterinarian there he remember when he saved Arkin's life and he is delighted to see him every time we go.

They're awful!!! I'd appointment scheduled and they charged $130 for walk-in fee. What's the purpose of an appointment if you're charged for walk-in? I'm going thru chemo treatment myself and unable to bring my baby in, my niece brought him in and didn't know anything, they charged her $130 for walk-in. When I call to inquire, besides being so rude, they said my niece was informed and refused to refund even though I'd an appointment. Well why didn't they inform me when they scheduled my appointment? It's not same day appointment!!! They're just out to charge any extra money and not inform the owner!

Phone etiquette is usually trash. Whenever I call them, the wait time is typically 10-15 minutes long and multiple of times now, my phone calls got turned down while I was already put on hold for over 10 minutes!!! When I finally got to speak to someone to ask my questions, I felt rushed. The secretaries are quick to interrupt while I'm talking and their tonality is a bit condescending too. As a first time pet parent, I am new to taking care of my dog and would want to invest my time and money in a place where I am heard and welcomed. I will definitely be taking my dog elsewhere and do not recommend Bear Creek to anyone since they do NOT make time to cater to their paying customers. This poor customer service also happened during appointments. Vet technicians and Dr. Brar were always in a hurry to finish and wrap up our visit. They told me that if I have additional questions that I should call them, which I have been doing. However, their service on the phone is worse than in-person appointments. We have not had a positive experience coming here. Please hire more workers to assist people on the phone as it seems like your phone line is always busy and please hire more workers that are professional and have good customer service as your current workers give off the impression that they are exhausted and do not want to serve customers.

I have been coming to Bear Creek for many years for both my pets but recently they have had horrible customer service. I called in because the emergency hospital said that they didn't think it was too concerning that, my dogs anal gland abscess had ruptured that to contact my vet because she most likely would need an antibiotic (which I appreciated then being charged a crap ton) when I called Bear Creek the lady at the front desk with an attitude said she couldn't get her in and that she had another call she needed that was more pressing ,rather then giving us advice on what we could do for the time being till she saw the vet. Why stay loyal to a vet who doesn't take the time to listen to you or even try and help out their customers. Please do your research before coming here and find somewhere else.

Dr. Brar is an excellent vet. Very patient with and takes the time to explain things. Made me very comfortable. I would recommend him.
