Belkorp really came through for me with fast, friendly and amazing service. Easy to deal with, very helpful, and most important - they got back to me right away.
Where other dealerships in the central valley fell short and were "very busy, but would get back to me soon." Belkorp wasted no time and delivered.
I was very impressed with the sales team in specific, they worked over the weekend while at pee wee football games to push my application through and get me approved ASAP.
To say the least- that alone made me feel important as a client and makes me want to bring my business here again in the future.
Because i was so satisfied by Belkorp, I have been bragging to my many industry connections to buy from Belkorp as well.

I was told by the parts department in Stockton today that the battery I needed was in stock and available. I told them I would be down today or tomorrow. We drove from Jackson which is 1 hr away only to get there and discover they didn’t have any in stock. The gal there said thats the way their system works, I it says it is there even though it isn’t actually there yet. Why didn’t they check when they knew I was coming? We then drove another hour home. Very unhappy!
I just had a call from the parts manager, Will, who got ahold of me right away and is getting the battery and having it delivered to my house tomorrow all at no cost to me, On the house. He wanted to make it right and we appreciate it so much. I’m so impressed with their service I am going to give it 5 stars. Thank you so much for making it right and so quickly.

Was looking for a newer used 2025R. Belkorp located one and it was priced very reasonably with market conditions. They followed through on all details and it was a very positive experience. Happy customer.

I’m changing my review because the service sucks now. I guess after you spend the money for a tractor they don’t care about you after that. Back on June 28 I asked about a rototiller for my tractor was supposed to be in that Friday. Still nothing and now can’t get a hold of the salesman Darren that I was dealing with. I’ve texted called and even called the store with no help. It’s now putting my project on delay. So now I’m going to go to the other store in Modesto where it’s been sitting for weeks and get it myself. Waste of my time if I could return the tractor I would and go get kubota or something else. Poor service after spending good money with them. My previous post is after this rant. If I could give minis stars I would.Bought a tractor from them a couple weeks ago. Great customer service very helpful very happy with our purchase.

I was recently in the market for a subcompact tractor. I struggled to get other businesses to return my emails or calls. My search led me to Belkorp AG for a used tractor. Unfortunately that unit did not have the options I was looking for and ultimately I decided to look at a new unit with the options and implements I was looking for. Octavio from the Santa Rosa store worked with me to put together a great package at a great price.From my initial conversations through to delivery of my new tractor and onward the Belkorp staff has been extremely helpful and responsive. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed doing business with them and am very happy with my experience.
