I wanted to return a Galaxy tablet but misplaced the charger and stylus and Worst Buy wouldn't hrant a return even if I bought the missing pieces for an in-store credit!!?? Very frustrating and won't shop there again... Im sure they don't mind...

The folks working at this Best Buy were extremely helpful. We were approached several times by employees asking if they could help us find anything. The store was quite large and had just about all the electronics you could ask for. They even sell collectible figurines and tumblers.

Great experience. I didn't know anything when I walked in the door. They had a greeter at the door, and I explained what I needed. He took me to where my item was and called an associate to help. The associate was extremely knowledgeable and helped me narrow down exactly what was best for my needs.
It is so much easier than shopping online, and I know I got exactly what I needed.

I love the zero percent financing options they offer. Sometimes, the service is wonderful, sometimes, you have to hunt someone down. That's getting more common though. Staff is fairly knowledgeable.
