Room is great! Clean! Service was wonderful! Breakfast was shockingly good!Parking lot a little bit small. However, they do patrol it at night, which was a plus!

Stayed at this best western three times now. Every time the room is dirty, as if no one bothered to even vacuum. We stayed for three nights and every time we got up to the third floor the entire hallway (with all NO SMOKING ROOMS) stinks of pot and cigarette smoke. And if you open your windows at night you can hear the crackheads yelling at eachother all night! Only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast.

Rooms are very clean, the front desk people are very nice the location is perfect for restaurants and shopping and the complimentary breakfast us the best you'll ever find and lots of variety. 5 stars from me.

have called to complain about the parking in fire lanes in the dead end of the hotel welding trucks with hazardous gas blocking fire lanes keeping fire equipment from getting through to the buildings if necessary security dont do anything about it . great rooms , breakfast assortment , service is a little slow at night !

There were broken entry gates. Overflowing cans of trash near entry doors with flies swarming viscously. The bathroom fixtures and the air-conditioning unit needed service. Be careful of parking as our vehicle was hit by an employee with no current driver's license in a car she borrowed.

After stay 4days out of the week for the 3rd week straight we Check in on Tuesday 9/29 little after 4pm Room 237 and didn't return until later 9pm showered & was very disappointed to find out that the king size bed was very very broken down & worn down you literally sank down in the two sides of it so we stripped down the mattress & flipped over & remade the bed up but it didn't help to tired to change rooms so we both woke up at 4am with backaches and showered Went straight to the front desk & asked for a room change & told them what a horrible night we had because of the king bed The front desk quickly changed rooms very understanding Leandra , Izzy, Sharana, Stephanie but we asked for & left messages for a management to call us back to compensate us for the horrible 1st night but never heard back from manager or not even a message back it really shows bad management skills

My family and I came out to Stockton to visit for two weeks and initially, I was hesitate to stay here due to the surroundings. I'm born and raised in Stockton but moved out of state two years ago so we're here to visit family and friends. When we went to check in, we were told that our room wasn't ready because they're prioritizing the big group they were expecting that night. My husband and I looked so confused because we booked this room 8 months ago and we're being told we had to wait because they have a "huge" group coming in that night. They informed us they would call when our room was ready. It was 3:30pm at the time and we went to a couple of stores to pass the time until they would call. It was 6pm and we still didn't get a call so I called myself to see if it was ready... it was. We checked in at 6:30. That's one red flag. The other red flags were not getting an room service for cleaning even though we put the sign out on our door for them to clean it and we even saw someone down the hall cleaning. My husband had to go to the front desk to tell them we needed our room clean and fresh towels (we tried calling on their phone in the room but the phone didn't work). Biggest red flag is the roaches we saw every day. Every single night, we saw at least 3 roaches. We were supposed to stay a total of two weeks at this hotel. We've checked out of room early due to these issues and checking into a different hotel.

Nice size rooms, comfortable beds and good breakfast in a large breakfast room. 3 sprawling buildings with rooms with a good pool/hot tub area in the middle. Everything is gated - must use room key for access except for front entrance. Parking is extremely tight for many vehicles and access to the rooms with a lot of luggage can be challenging. Luggage carts can only be found in the main lobby area. Easy check in.The hotel is located about 2 1/2 miles east of I-5 ..... no gas station we could find close to hotel on that road.

We booked through Hotels.com and when we got to our reservation the rude male front desk representative said they didn't have our reservation on file. I showed him my booking number and he said I checked in the day before, which was a lie and did nothing to help us for the error on their systems end. While I was waiting in the lobby 2 guest complained about front desk giving keys to them to the wrong room. How embarrassing to walk into someone's else room. I do not recommend staying here as the customer service and the lack of knowledge of where the guest where booked for was ridiculously embarrassing and staff appeared as this was their usual mistakes.

Family and I have bed bug bites all over us after stay for two nights (09/02/2023 and 09/02/2023). We stayed in room 108, building A. Searching for previous reviews reveals that this issue is not new and that guests as little as a week ago have reported bed bugs, and yet best western continues to offer these rooms. Not only is this disgusting, it’s unsanitary and unsafe. Obviously we will never return back and we suggest no one else stays here either.

There were bed bugs on the beds. On 1:00 am, I woke up and I saw 7-8 bugs were dancing on 2 beds. I had to change the room and I almost couldn't sleep. The next day morning, I need to wash my clothes and I needed coins for laundry machine. I went to front desk and there was long lines for check out. I just wanted to ask lady if they had some coins. When I ask the lady, she was yelling at me that she couldn't answer because she was helping other person. After 15 mins waiting on the lines, she said that they didn't have coins. Thank you for your help!I never had those kind of experience in my life.

I like carpet for this facility for my boss. I know for sure it's got clean carpet. ??.The housekeeping is excellent and clean. Shampoo conditioner and lotion is provided and a blow dryer and iron. Towels are fresh and beds are made with elegance. FOOD 4 LESS is 100 feet away. Mexican and vietnamese food is nearby within a couple of miles. Try PHO Saigon Bay.????. They serve breakfast in the morning too. ITS ENDLESS!! ? They serve REAL EGGS not out of the bottle because you can tell. Yogurt AND MORE toppings, bagel & cream cheese?, milk/cereal, fruit,. Batter to make your own waffles and toppings too. Coffee, apple, cranberry & orange juice.??. Worth it.

I loved this hotel! The front desk staff were very helpful and so nice. Our room was perfect. It had a balcony over looking the pool, which my kids absolutely loved. We spent our evening down at the pool/hot tub. I loved that the security guards were keeping a good watch on everything! Made us feel very safe. The breakfast was great!! Everything about our stay was wonderful. Love this hotel and all of the amenities. Thank you Best Western for a great stay!
