It's all right. The owner is the only cool thing there even though I have a lot to say about it. But it's okay. Maybe one day if he hooks me up I'll write a review on him. The thing is that everything is so overpriced and it all comes from China so I don't even know why it's overpriced. It should be what it is and if something says that it's $7 it probably should be $0.01. all I'm saying is everything is not what it seems anymore. Ladies and gentlemen

I come to this Big 5 for sports equipment and random things like that, and they always have what I need. The staff is prompt, parking is easy, and they offer a good variety of products. Always a reliable stop.

That cashier girl I think i heard her name was MARIAH is so unprofessional, i never write reviews on stores but she made me feel unwelcome and has rude face expressions.when i left she just handed me my item in a rude way and didn’t say thank you or anything.Not only that but she was ARGUING n had a very mean tone with her afternoon guy manager in front of customers about work, about her not wanting to come into work that day n had to come in at 5pm, this happened yesterday. Seems like she doesn’t want to work there. She needs to be gone, made me not want to come here again. Smh

It is always closed before 8:30 pm if I change the hours they should change the website as well, not just sticking signs on their doors, most of us get carried away by our cell phones when looking for an address and business hours.

The cashier made me wait until she was finished talking to her co-worker before she gave me my receipt. Not only was she unprofessional, but the "security kid" stands right by the check-out line, staring at customers. I don't know if he was trying to intimate people with his staring or if he had a bad day but he made it uncomfortable, especially since he's someone I'd make do my homework. Very uncomfortable visit to this store.
