Now I have another deal from Boost, in-store only galaxy s25 for $250.00. If I call in again are the employees of the store going to say it's not accurate?
For some reason, these stores are not honoring the upgrade deal from boost. Quoting over 100 dollars more.

Do not come here! Bunch of scammers.
Came in today with my friend so that she can get her mom a phone. We walked in and there was a young Mexican lady at the desk. We asked her a few questions and she was able to answer about adding a line to my friends existing line. She eventually called some other lady, a Middle Eastern lady. That lady came in and scanned the phone we chose, asked us if we wanted $8 insurance on the phone and said “okay it’s going to be $250. I was confused, no explaining or breaking down what my friend was paying for. I asked “wait how much is the new line” the Mexican lady said “oh $30” okay so then we asked “how much is the phone?”, “$150” okay cool. We got the phone and asked for the number of the phone and the middle Eastern lady goes “just call yourself” girl…we left until we realized they never gave us a receipt.
I go back in and asked the Middle Eastern lady for a receipt and she goes “oh I’ll text it to you”…text me it? With what number? I never gave you a number? Then I’m just like “can I just have the physical?” And she looks at me all confused and grabs a paper LITERALLY WRITES “The phone model + bill + activation fee + tax” and at the bottom “$255” no price breakdown or nothing. Also a different price? First $250, my friend’s bank statement says $260 and now this HAND WRITTEN receipt says $255? THEN, I ask for a price breakdown and she pulls out her phone calculator and starts typing numbers in until it hits $255.
Be so for real. I asked her “okay but she was charged $260 so I’m having a hard time understanding why she was charged that amount when you say $255” and she goes “oh….theres an ATM fee” HUHHH “what percentage”…”uhhh I don’t really know”
I go back outside to my friend and I go “bro, let’s just return this” and while we’re talking the new phone starts blowing up by the middle eastern lady going “oh there’s no atm fee, it was the SIM card fee” …. We walk back in and I go “can we just return this, because nothings adding up.” And she goes “okay but there’ll be a stock fee, I would suggest you to keep the phone” and I go “okay there’s no receipt in your system?” She goes “uhhhh no” bruh…

Very bad services!!! I paid for a case that I got after 3 days. The lady included it on my bill and when I asked her for it she said they didn’t have it in the store and told me her husband will drop it off in my house and he never did it. I had to drive 30min to get it

Bought my phone from here a year ago just went back 2/22/2024 because the same phone was saying there wasn't a sim in it witch there is the lady working say she can fix it for $45 it worked at first for "1 hour" I called back and she says I need a new phone now and what do you know no refund on that $45 scam won't be going back stay away

Boost Mobile has friendly, and very professional staff, while other cellphone stores do not, and unlike another cellphone store, where - if you don't buy the latest model with all the features, Boost Mobile will answer all your questions
