I made a reservation online and prepaid once inside the store they charged my card 250$ for a deposit and the machine froze and she said the payment did not go through once ran a second time my card declined. I called my bank and the bank said that the charge of 250$ went through and there is no issues on my side I left missing 600$ from my bank account with no Rental car lady says 3-5 business days to receive my refund Elk Grove is a way better location than these people . They mess up all the time reason to why there hiding behind glass ghetto

Years of doing business with this location and will not be returning. When the husband and wife were both there things were great. When this new girl came, the customer service became as if I had to "beg" to even get decent car. She's nice one visit and a clown the next. The last straw was her trying to rent me a vehicle with physical body damage as if I've ever returned any vehicles damaged. How rude and how dare you after all of the money that we have spent!!!!!

Service takes longer than usual to Process just to get into a rented car! Also dose not explain what your paying for until after you pay?? you will need to read the small printed lines and find out what your paying per day. what a racket!

Make sure if you set a reservation for 12 on the weekends, arrive absurdly early to deal with the long line because they will NOT serve you at 12, worst costumer service ever. They’re literally helping people in there rn and just won’t let you through, despite having a reservation for 12.

Good luck try to speak to a representative at the actual location your dealing with. Their automated phone system sucks, and central booking representatives are about worthless. Have fun with that!

Great experience. The older gentleman that checked us in and out when we picked up & returned the car was super nice , very quick, and had great customer service. Our car was brand new and did its job for us! I will be back to rent a car again!

This was the closest Budget counter to our stay in Lodi. We needed to extend but was told it required us to be at a counter in person. We were worried because of the reviews. Place was not much to look at. Seemed like a tough area to work in. But with two customers in front of me, only had to wait about five minutes at most. Both attendants were very friendly, and they were both concerned about one of their speakers for customers not working well enough. It was a friendly, professional experience. My service was quick and easy. Left feeling pretty happy. I hope the main office helps this site out and refurbishes the customer waiting area.

I should of read the reviews prior to my reservation. I called last 2 days. No live agent. No pick up. I called enterprise. Pick up service and military discount. Boom. Never again.

We showed up a few minutes late too pick up a car. They were still sitting inside and would not help us. Even after we told them that we already precheck in online and had all paperwork in our hands. ?
