Yesterday, my family and I went in with the intention of buying a goldfish to add to our new aquarium at home. We brought along our four year-old and newborn baby to also spend time picking out a new pet for our family. But we ended leaving due to an employee customer service related issue. later that evening, I went ahead and vented our experience we had yesterday on yelp, and was surprised when I seen a message from the Owner of the store Ryan. I explained to him our experience from earlier that day, and Ryan showed that he was genuinely concerned and apologized to us for feeling disappointed on experience. He mentioned that he didn't want us to let this to alter how we viewed his business and offered us to give them another by accepting a goldfish pet from him. Both my husband, and I thought that this was very thoughtful of Ryan for caring about our experience and going above and beyond to share with us a better experience by inviting us back. We went back again this evening, and decided to grant this place a second chance with our girls and enjoy the moment together. We appreciated the kind gesture from RYAN and for showing how great of a businessman he is. Thank you once again and best of luck with your business.

Called to ask if they possibly take animals in (surrender) or if they had any recommendations for a shelter the lady was a smart mouth and just restated, "the animal shelter" with a sarcastic tone. Not very helpful just say you don't know at that point.

Every certain points you get a free bag of dog food; this time they gave us one that my dog doesn't eat, instead of giving us what we usually purchase, not the employee's fault though. BTW, ALL EMPLOYEES IN THIS STORE ARE VERY POLITE AND ALWAYS READY TO ASSIST. Thank you all for that great attitude

I visited Carters Pet Mart today and Ronni gave me great customer service. I had left my reading glasses in my car. However, Ronni assisted me with reading my messages to retrieve my store discounts. Ronni was Extremely polite and helpful. She helped me save money! After I exited the store,I forgot that I wanted to purchase anotherItem. Malina saw that I needed assistance and she swiftly came to help me.. Malina walked the floor to help me select my item, then immediately rang my item up. Afterwards, Malina assisted me by engraving my puppy's tag. She was VERY helpful, polite and caring. Malina and Ronni are the BEST. THANKS LADIES!

I love the selection of pet foods, toys, medications (otc) and supplies (shampoos & products) . They have some reptiles, birds &fish. They do have pet rescue pets there. I haven't seen breeder pets but they have rescuers all the time. Thank you. To many love bugs at the pound.

My cat was coughing , not eating n checked outYouTube n Google .. trying to find out what her problem.Called for a reasonable Veterinarian Clinic !!!I have not been to a pet clinic for 25 yrs n couldn't believe the outrageous Price !!My husband went online .. suggested Pet Mart for a Nose Relief.I met Angel , she has 3 cats .. talking fr Experience. Told her symptoms.. she sold me this .. gave me instructions.I gave it to Ashley .. her cough stopped .. slowly eating.Angel saved me $$$ fr going to Clinic.Thank you Angel for your expertise ☺️

I have been a Carter’s customer for over 20 years and have ALWAYS received excellent customer service (if I didn’t receive such great service, I wouldn’t have been a customer for over 20 years lol). Service is great/friendly, prices are fair, store is clean, and staff are fairly knowledgeable with a variety of things. I recently went in (twice in one week) and received excellent customer service from both Rudy and Lyndsey and would like recognize them by leaving a review. They were both very knowledgeable and answered my questions. They were patient, took the time to explain things, provided recommendations etc. I never felt rushed. Both were extremely friendly and I appreciate the excellent customer service they provided and I hope Carters appreciates them too! Thank you!

Only place in town that I know of that trim guinea pig nails. Trevor in fish department very knowledgeable and always willing to spend time helping with various fish/aquarium related questions

Carter's Pet Mart is a wonderful store. They have everything a person needs for their pet. They even have beautiful parrots who talk very much!Their employees, though, are not wonderful. When I walk into a store, whether it's for groceries, pet supplies or home goods, I always greet the employees with a "Good morning". Their employees are never friendly. They are helpful in finding what a customer is looking for but their personalities need some major work!
