I just was in the Stockton location bought a nice exo terra tank . To house some dart frogs . This was not the issue . They have dart frogs on location of store . The dart frog enclosure was not good to say the least . Those poor frogs . Sitting in wet soil and mixed breeding in tank . Yes the frogs were young . As a pet store you should set an example of proper care . People will see carters has mixed dart frogs in tank . This is highly frowned upon when raising dart frogs . Please give those little froggies some leaf litter at minimum. You have it on shelf . I brought it up to an employee he had no clue what I was talking about .

Terri and Erica were super helpful! I have a 2 and a 1 year old and I was returning clothes and then planned on shopping but my son was losing it so they gave me a gift card instead. They were super helpful and patient with this tired mom and it's super appreciated. It was also very clean and they were redoing one of the racks and trying to make it look it's best.

Customer service isn't that great here trying to do online return and the girls act like I was trying to switch clothes or something. I had a pair of pants that I bought my son that were too small it was a Christmas present when I went to return it she asked why they were all wrinkled and if somebody had already worn them and we washed them. I told her no the tags are still on and the reason why they're wrinkled is because they were wrapped up for a Christmas presents.
