Don’t expect this office to return your calls. Try a different office. Pleasanton, Davis, or Sacramento are much better.

difficult to use their phone system and get hold of anybody. it negates the value of having a local office.

** LAST UPDATE ** After posting this I got a UPS Over Night Air Mail Letter reading " We reserve the right to close your account at anytime for any reason as outlined in the user agreement ... " What a coincidence!!! Great way to handle customer service blunders guys! Gotta love corporate policy's. Spent over $70 to overnight a letter to censor a whistle blower. I would've shut my mouth for $60! Peace out charles . So, I called the customer service line as prompted by the brokerage here on yelp. The department I needed to speak with isn't available on the weekends or you can shoot for a business day before 3 PST. I spoke with person after person as I relayed around like a drunken game of duck duck goose. I spoke to somebody that was from this secret department. He was a nice guy. He's probably head of his department. Given that his department is composed of one person. I never got another follow up for the questioning by customer serviceman X regarding Passive Aggressive customer servicemen. Hes a former kinkos employee and a present internet troll in his spare time. The best word to express the vibes this experience " bank " & " customer service " is straight up inconvenient. You could spend the hours with Customer service at work instead. You'll certainly have the luxury of getting something out of hours of employment far exceeds paying to be on customer service for hours......... and hours.

We walked into Charles Schwab wanting to begin a Roth IRA, but didn't know much about how to start one or the details and wanted more information. We asked the front desk if we may speak with a consultant so we would understand our investment completely. She was reluctant in letting us talk to a consultant and told us we were able to open a Roth IRA online. Not what we expected at all when walking into an investing company office. Very disappointing.

This is where we keep our investments. These are very helpful and pleasant when conducting business. They are also very prompt in working with, never do you have to wait. I am depositing funds, this time!

I've been with Charles Schwab for many years and this is the branch I used to go to while operating our Property Management Division in Stockton, CA. I love their customer service and the new app is superb.
