Bank closes at 2 on Saturdays. They need to update hours on here. I was expecting to be able to go to the bank at the 3pm and conduct business but it closed at 2.

I've been coming here for 10 years since I moved to Stockton and the service here is always superb. Want to give a shout out to Vanessa H who helped me out today and went above and beyond to try to get my issue resolved. Still waiting on the outcome but regardless what it is, she is very professional and accommodating to her clients! Everyone here throughout the years have been amazing!

Don’t count on the Drive-thru ATM to be working. Thieves have a habit of ripping it open to steal money, putting it out of order for days/weeks.

I attempted to open up a business banking account, and the lady told me that I can only do it with a manager. The manager doesn't come back for six days. It seems really crazy to me that a business that focuses on other businesses can't help them for multiple days on end. I definitely won't be Bank in here.

CHASe customer service is useless. Chase closed my checking and saving accounts without contacting me. I'm a disabled Veteran (which is on file at Chase), and they closed my accounts because they could not contact a person who wrote me a check. The check they claimed was an issue, cleared the bank it was written from without any problems. I already had over $7,000 in my accounts , which I didn't know where the money was and it was not accessible to me. Chase never called, texted, messaged or sent me a letter via online app or in the mail stating they were closing my accounts. It took over 2 weeks for me to receive checks for the money that was in my accounts. They wasn't going to send the money from the check that they had an issue with until I persistently contacted them to resolve this matter. I had bills to pay and no one from Chase cared about me or my finances! Talking to Chase staff has been useless. No one I spoke to knows why they closed my accounts, especially since I had funds in the accout.

I have been here twice to get something notarized and to open an estate account. The manager, I forgot her name, was very sweet and got me an appointment within a week to setup a probate/estate account. I went to 2 other Chase locations prior to coming here and they were going to make me wait a month! I am so glad I went to the March lane branch. Also the notary was the sweetest, kindest, most special person, who listened to me vent about my mom's passing and shared a little about her own life experiences. We shared dog pictures on our phones. I just adored her but of course, I cannot remember her name either. I think I am getting old timers. :/

This branch has good customer service sometimes too busy though with less teller and sometimes they're unexpectedly closed? But still good when they are open and not busy.

Chase on Line Banking are the best. They listen, they assess and they help. I've been off my game with keeping up with my account with overdraft fees. Chase has gone above and beyond to help me. I've been with them for a while through good and very bad. They never let me down. Be nice, be grateful, be positive when you call, ack and know that you need them to fix your issue. Attitudes should be checked at the door especially if it's your fault. Thank you shrenik for being so grateful. You are a gem. Again, thank you ChaseBaking online Customer Service for having my back.
