24/7? no. i just got off of work after a 10 hour shift to put gas and the woman in the window gave me a nasty face like i was dumb saying they were closed and i just wanted to pump gas. kept shaking her head like i was dumb and i could see her rolling her eyes like i was a bother when i just needed gas. thanks

This chevron is great! Clean premises and knowledgeable/ friendly staff. Once you're a regular, you feel like family. We are in the neighborhood, so go frequently , but I wouldn't if we didn't like it. There are many options on waterloo and we as a family all prefer chevron. If your car wash had an issue let the staff know. You'll get a refund if it can't be resolved and they'll fix it for the next person asap. They can't fix what people don't tell them right! Join the membership ( it's free) and get free snacks, deals on smokes, and free car washes. We are faithful customers and will remain so.

The female cashier watched me walk up and she turned and walked away. I rang little bell two different times while she blatantly ignored it. She went into main area of store that is locked, and stood near random aisle and just never came back. After 5 minutes I left. Literally could see her just standing there. ?♀️

Worst service ever! Walked up to the window, the cashier sees me, she's just at the window writing on her paper! I'm standing there patiently in hopes she'll put her pen down n help me. But nope she continued with her number writing knowing I'm standing right in front of her. Still didn't gave a dam who's there. So I left, and when I got in my car she was just staring at me.. yeah! ill take my money else where, where peoples actually wants business!

I do not recommend this location for nobody. Their machines never worked. I had to try to use my card at the machine three times to get gas and I wanted to accumulate my points for putting my number in the lady at the registered didn't put my number in to the point where I accumulated more points For $50 that I put in gas and she's just assumed that I didn't want the points to the point now I have to call Corparate first thing Tuesday morning to get on her tail. It doesn't make no sense but I do not recommend this Chevron location instead go to Fremont and Filbert. They have way better customer service, and all of the machines work and there's not ever an issue with getting gas or even missing out on points expressing what being a decent amount of money
