The Tall woman at the register working at night time, she can’t accept the coins is that a law, I was going to pay for my drink with the quarters and I gave her 20 dollars for the gas, but she can’t accept the coins so I couldn’t buy the drink. I been to a lot of places I never had this experience in my life where they don’t take coins, very rude behavior do your job stop being lazy and count the coins or leave the job

I use to work at this gas station, had a horrible time working here. Got wrongfully terminated cause I am a homosexual and they needed a way to get rid of me. The pay sucks, the work sucks, the systems are slow, they lag and they also freeze on us. The outside systems on the pumps never worked, prompting people to come in angry that they have to pay inside the store. They don't deal with loiterers or thieves the way that a business should and they pull stunts and shenanigans on their employees. This is all coming from experience working there, so this chevron is a no, other chevron stations such as Waterloo, West Lane and Trinity Parkway are always a better alternative.

I went to this chevron to purchase 2 small - 7 pound bags of ice.
When I went to make the purchase the price came to $13.06 - which is beyond a rip off by the greedy ownership. ( There off course was no price on the doors that contained the ice.) I would advise everyone to ban doing business here. It would be great to see them close down from no customers. There should be some sort of Gov. price controls for such greed.

Every time I come here these pumps are messed up one way or another. They either don't work and have that yellow bag over the handle. It's always one or two, sometimes three or four. The receipt printers hardly work. I always have to go inside to get a receipt or the screen doesn't work or it won't take my credit card or the buttons don't work to enter information needed to get the thing going after using the credit card. This place has a total lack of maintenance and it shows big time. And the folks inside are nice. They are good people but it's beyond their control. They're getting treated like crap because maintenance won't do their job here. That's not fair. This needs to be addressed immediately

I would definitely suggest a manager checks up on the employee who is working at 4:25 a.m. on September 12th! Employee drives a white vehicle. She is extremely rude and extremely unhelpful !somebody with this type of attitude should not be working in a customer service establishment. Her attitude / demeanor was noticed immediately upon arrival to the establishment. Again I was just simply suggest a plain clothes manager whom she does not know come to the store for an item to observe how she is towards customers!

Laycine charged me $7.29 extra thinking that I will not know it and will not see the receipt. 3 days later I called the gas station and complained, they instead of simply issuing me refund in my credit card, are telling me to come from 10 miles away to get the money. What type of business would do this???
