CMC provides primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care along with supportive services to individuals and families in need. We serve our patients regardless of their ability to pay. All are welcome in our clinics. We accept Medi-Cal, Medi-Cal Managed Care (Health Plan of San Joaquin, Health Net, Partnership Health Plan of California), Medicare, most Medicare Advantage Plans, and Covered California. Uninsured? I wish I could give zero stars because they don't even deserve 1!!! My daughter had a phone appointment & they only called to check her in. Doctor Singh NEVER called for her appointment even after I called 4 1/2 hours after her appointment time. Worst doctor & worst staff ever!!!!! I hope they ALL GET FIRED!!!!!!

This is my first visit this office as a new patient | everything is very good they help us fill form ,proper checkup ,listen to us very carefully ,me and my husband both went together to DR jasmine ghuman she is very nice and treat us very well thank you so much overall. Our experience very good thank you ❤️

Went in for a visit today nurses were very kind and welcoming. Dr. Catherine Mathis was very nice and listened to my issue at hand. You can tell she cares about her job and mostly about her patients. Definitely recommend this clinic.
