HUGE!!! Shoutout to Anthony and his coworker in the Tire shop, we called literally 15 mins before they closed and they were able to fit us in for an emergency tire repair! We knew it was a huge favor to ask so we greatly appreciate them both for getting us on the road again, safely! They deserve a raise! Thank you guys!

I don't think I have ever been so upset by an employee's behavior as I was today. As any Costco regular knows, you have to leave your cart behind to go to the restroom. I went to the bathroom (and we're talking like MAX 3 minute bathroom trip) and when I came back out my cart was gone. I asked a very nice clerk what had happened to it, and he immediately went to figure out who had taken it. When he still couldn't find it, he pulled in 3 or 4 other employees to figure out where it had gone. Those employees began to try to ask someone named "Vanessa" (who I imagine was the manger based on the fact she was carrying around an Ipad) what had happened to my full shopped cart. She became very annoyed with them and told them it was my fault for leaving it out for "hours". I tried to explain that it couldn't have been more than 5 minutes. She then ROLLED HER EYES and said "Listen, you can reshop your cart or just leave without it". The poor clerk who had been trying to help me was very apologetic but I was so frustrated with how she had acted. I like Costco because generally the employees are very pleasant, but I can genuinely say I will avoid this Costco in the future. I felt so disrespected and was in disbelief at Vanessa's lack of customer service.

I had an extremely frustrating experience today at Costco. I went in to shop with my boyfriend's Costco card, whom I live with and have done this many times in the past. When I got up to the self checkout, after I scanned my card and started scanning my items, an employee ran up to me and blocked the self checkout station and started asked me who's card I was using. It was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. He then told me I could not checkout and purchase the items I had collected from the store. I spoke to another employee in the store that said I should place a call to corporate in regard to how I was treated today, which I plan on doing tomorrow.

Over all I like Costco but not to be able to used my master card there is such a inconvenience. There reason is doesn't make sense. It feels like it's the 80's when no wouldn't take master card

Bought a spoiled row fish, spent $35 on it, called the store and explained that I live 80 miles away, and that was first and the last time that i stopped by that location, I normally shop in SF, snd manager would not process the refund, snd that I must go back in order to get my money back, and that she has no other alternative to process a voucher of some type, so i can use it at the different location... I m not happy! Firstly, fish smelled like hell and was totally foamy, so I had to recommend for the manager to go and pulled that product off the shell, she was just concentrated to cut me off few times that no, no refund snd no voucher just go back with the receipt, and the smelly tag if the product- how awful!

This is a review for Costco's Tire Shop in Stockton. I needed a full set of tires for the car and was able to order exactly what Consumer Reports had highly recommended for our make and model. I was informed of my order's arrival and they scheduled the installation at my convenience. I was able to shop inside the warehouse while the tires were being replaced and was driving away with my groceries on my brand new tires in good time. Today, my older car's tires needed air, so I used one of Costco's tire inflation stations. It's very convenient. However, I did one tire wrong and managed to deflate it! The tire tech had me drive up to one of their bays where another tech cheerfully took care of correctly inflating my tire, and even gave me a free tire cap when I discovered that I had one missing. Great customer service I've come to expect from my local Costco! Highly recommended.

I HAVE to say that the guys here, Eduardo, Sine, Anthony and Josh are thee BEST guys I was dealing with when I was buying a set of tires. They followed up and were patient with me in getting the set of tires I wanted. Honestly, I wasn't thinking of getting tires here based on prior service I had many years ago. Glad I took a chance! Thanks guys!! You guys are the best!!

Here we go!!! I thought "self checkout" was for me to check myself out, not an employee. I don't get it. Anyway, I like Costco in general for some of my needs. Yes, I'll be back next month.

Lines here heading to the gas are so ill-planned. Separate the gas lines from where folks park their cars because people needing to move there cars have to wait for the crawling gas lines to move before they can reverse. I've never seen this situation at any Costco because obviously and makes no sense.

I got an excellent service at Costco tires. The stuff was kind, experienced and knowledgeable. They checked my tires, suggested with tires brand, and did paperwork. Then asked for the keys. They even applied the discount on selected tires. The whole process from starting paperwork to ready to go car took about 40 min which I spent checking new TVs and laptops in the warehouse. Extremely satisfied with job done.

At the Lodi Costco I am always very satisfied with staff and the help I receive including the parking if you get there before the store opens

I ve Costco. I don't love the Stockton store. Too many people. Families come with 6 to 10 people. There is never no parking for disabled. You can get killed at the gas station. Staff is nice. Nicer than Lodi.
