HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Our 11 year old son purchased a $10 clearance item, it stopped working after a few hours. With receipt employee was advised by KARIM the manager, to not return. KARIM said we can call whoever we want but we will not be getting a return from his location. After further discussions with other mall empolyees, we realized KARIM sells faulty accessories that do not work \\u0026 goes through the same process of not returning all the time. After calling corporate \\u0026 getting sent an email KARIM still didnt want to return \\u0026 give money back. After more back \\u0026 forth we were finally given our money back. We switched service providers due to how rude KARIM was to our 11 year old son. We come to the Weberstown Mall \\u0026 expect businesses to have a higher standard \\u0026 more honesty \\u0026 professionalism. We are very disappointed in Cricket for allowing KARIM to behave this way towards children, our son was upset \\u0026 in tears thinking he was out $10. We switched to Cricket because of how nice a lady was \\u0026 now have switched to a different provider because of how rude KARIM is to children. Between waiting at the kiosk \\u0026 calling corporate we spent over an hour trying to get our money back for a product that did not work. If we could give 0 stars we would give 0 stars.

Terrible service. I upgraded my plan to $55 from an older one at $50 (significant difference in what is offered), was never notified I was on an old plan that didn't offer what the newer ones did. I assumed the difference would be automatically charged since I had autopay, nope, my account got locked up, wasn't able to text/call and they not only charged the difference but added fees for processing and for a prior call to their customer support. I wasn't able to get a hold of a human either, just forced to deposit money to free my account. They did this once before when autopay didn't work for some reason and I was out of town, in the mountains and didn't have GPS because of them. Very inconsiderate...
