Amazing customer service!!! I cannot remember the girls name who helped us a month ago but I came in with my 14 y/o daughter to get her an iPhone. The girl was so sweet really explained everything for us got us a discount for switching from metro and gave us a huge discount on our monthly bill as well. She was amazing!!!!!

Excellent costomer service ? Have been a customer for over 6 years and never had a problem with cricket wireless. Knowledgeable staff and clean store as well as great deals on cell phones. Got my 5g phone after a year of owning my last phone- so they reduced the price on my next phone after a year by half the cost.
