Dirty, disorganized. I never feel welcome: staff is standoffish and the general manager is rude. I had been using the cycling room by myself for months and nobody stopped me and all of the sudden there’s a rule??

Your front desk rep didn’t want to help with signing someone up. $20 dollars to sign up when it clearly says $9.99 for your monthly pass. We have a whole solar sales force team/company in town and your front desk rep decided to avoid service instead of helping. One star review for the worst service.

Staff is cool but The manager Antonio is the worst
No such thing as $10 a month, they charge you a fee when you sign up and cancel dumbest thing ever machines are always broken and takes months or even years to get fixed

Solid gym. Affordable, clean, well air conditioned and has more or less all the equipment you would need. Only complaint is that when a piece of equipment breaks it seems to take quite a long time to get repaired.

Staff is amazing and very helpful, not the manager though. They kept charging me twice every month and on top of that they told me I needed to pay $100 to cancel my membership. I called 5 times, was physically there 3 different days and even emailed the manager twice to get this issue fixed just to get no response and then
get charged 150 for no reason. I had to cancel through my bank unfortunately, so be careful when applying here!
And to the owner and manager of this place if you want your money so bad you can come and pry it from my hands in court ❤️
