I have to say I don't like going to cvs anymore the wait in the drive through today was I'm guessing about an hour long. The cars were lined up into the drive way into the main parking lot of the shopping center. I was going to wait but I don't have that kind of time. I have to go to cvs 4 to 5 times a month because I can never get the meds to sync in a single day and when I do go to cvs the lines are huge. I'm disabled and I can't stand in line because of pain and the drive through is typically 30 minutes to an hour. In the end I travel to to cvs about 7 to 8 times a month and can only pickup about twice a month. The rest of the trips are a waste of gas and time.

This CVS pharmacy has the WORST EMPLOYEE'S!! I don't know how they don't get in more trouble!! I was hung up on while in the middle of asking a question! The next day, I called, and the guy was EXTREMELY rude to me! I had a question about how to show my proof of insurance, and they acted like I was stupid for my questions! I'm BEYOND MAD!! Treat people with common courtesy! This was so unprofessional and horrible!

Extremely slow service at pharmacy! More staffing is needed by corporate to assist their employees and provide better customer service. After waiting in a long line, my medication was out of stock!

pharmacist on 11/14 played tactics and not give medication to patient over 1 hour at 10.15 pm and caused customer leave in frustration and wait till next day.

I waited over a month for a call about my prescription and NEVER received a CALL!! I've been in so much pain and I blamed my healthcare provider but they checked for me and said my prescription had been sent and sitting at the pharmacy for over a month! I Don't recommend this place to anyone! Idk how they don't call their patients

They had a well stocked selection of vitamins. They could invest in a few self check-outs here. I was surprised to see they didn't have a single one. There was no staff around to ask a question.The line was insanely long with only 1 cashier. Eventually they brought someone else to help. But they should really consider self check-outs to move the line along.They would not honor my CVS card picture on my phone. I never know if I'll have the physical card fob on my keys b/c I may not be driving that day to have my keys on me but I'll always have a photo of it on my own. They would not honor it here. I haven't had issues at other CVS locations.

They closed other Pharmacy on March lane idk why. Best service all employees were on point. They switched to this location. Since they changed it. There's always something wrong with my prescription. Every time I call for my prescription they said in hour it's should ready. I call before I go. Pharmacy's - Chao -Said in hour. It's been a week since I been waiting for prescription And went I call he said they have to order. It's been a week a week. Come on. Every day. Idk if his got to much in his hands or he needs to change job . All we ask to be competitive and more efficient. Chao . Don't lie just do a better job. So easy to communicate don't lie Just be honest and No lies It's been a week. You keep saying that for a week

The lines to pick up through the drive through are ridiculous. Half the time the staff ignored you if you are at the window. Then the other half the time they can't find someone's prescription so instead of having them pull off to the side they keep the person waiting at the window while the line backs up. Then of course since the line is backed up cars are blocking the first driveway having people who want to come in through that way blaring their horns at you when there is nothing you can do.

The service has spiraled down zero stars especially after pharmacist Kent Y, Gene W, Chris W, and other pharmacist that cared about people either retired or transferred. This actually would receive zero star rating if it was an option. Two back to back experiences that were so bad I transferred my scripts to the Safeway Pharmacy. Pharmacy staff needs customer service training. They can start by learning to say " I am sorry that despite your appointment online our system won't allow your child to receive a shot" or "I am sorry, despite the phone call you received the rx isn't ready and we can no longer fill your doctor's rx" instead of "read the sign, it is posted right there". Like you can't read the stupid sign unless you come into your store wait in a long line and get treated rudely by an asshole (in my opinion) of a pharmacist. OMG really. Bring back people that care.

This place is slow and overpriced. The last thing was they would not fill a prescription from Walgreens that the doctor called in?? The pharmacist she told us we should call the doctor and send it to Walgreens it's now closed for remodel otherwise I would still be going there dumbassI dealt with these idiots in the past I'm not going back again plus the drive thru is slow and it homeless central if you walk inThey never even called to say they were not going to fill the prescription luckily I was smart enough to check to see if it was ready DON'T SHOP AT CVS

I picked up my rx through the drive up and the girl was So very rude ! She does not like her job ! Get her a new job! I can only imagine her being rude to older people smh very RUDE!

When it comes to a CVS location for some reason this one is my main go to one. I've been to a couple of other CVS locations where they tend to give me a little bit of trouble about how many coupons I can and cannot use even if they are their own store coupons.I never have that problem here at this location. Sometimes there is a small line but they usually tend to get through it in a fair enough time.I also utilize this particular location when I need to fill any type of prescriptions. As there is also a drive-through pick up for your prescriptions.CVS is by far higher in pricing compared to other locations but then again this is something that is considered a convenience store. So I only go in here and shop when I have multiple couponsI am also signed up for their extra care program so that also helps in savings.
