A lot of homeless around the store, thieves, someone took shots at the drive thru window. Shelves are half empty. High prices makes me wonder why people ship here

Was notified by phone at
12 52 pm my Rx was ready for pickup.
Rude pharmacy staff name Lanny or Lonny said it was not ready and we're closing for lunch so come back!!!
It was not yet 1 pm.
The AI response is patronizing.

I sent one photo to print and got a confirmation it was ready. When I arrived, the photo area was a mess, and the machine wasn’t working. I came back the next day and waited 10 minutes while one employee searched and then just walked away without saying anything.
Then a second employee, came to help. The workspace was shockingly disorganized, there were printed photos scattered everywhere with no envelopes or protection, which is a serious privacy concern. After more waiting, she finally found my photo on the floor!!!!
This location clearly lacks basic organization, cleanliness, and care for customer service. If you’re looking to print photos, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I love shopping at the store thanks to Vinesha! She is always warm, friendly and patient, even when dealing with difficult customers. Whatever she is getting paid- she deserves more! Thank you Vinesha ☺️🙏

This store is a pig stye. All I wanted to buy was one item. Locked up of coarse. The pharmacy doesn't open til 10 and one person on the register. Your inventory and display of merchandise is an absolute joke. Do the public a favor and just close the store. I remember when this store opened. It's been all downhill since them. Embarrassing!

Worst store ever. Dirty carpet, nothing on shelves.
Area where refrigerated items are, has items on floor.
Pharmacy sends people from one window to another.. how can the manager of this store be proud?

I did my photo order here and it took two days for some same day prints crazy and every time I would call trying to see what was taking so long the woman or girl who picked up the phone would say well that's a lot of photos..I only had 57 print'snot alot at all..I've had orders to other places had well over 100+ and was done with in the hour gotta say I don't think I'ma ever go back to this location for my photos needs again

CVS being my Insurances OTC Provider, is useless‼️ To start finding their STORE BRAND OTC PRODUCTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED IN STOCK, AND IF IN STOCK, THEY'RE COVERED BY SALE TAGS KEEPING THEM FROM BEING EASILY FOUND. BUT, THE WORST IS THAT THEIR CASHIERS DON'T KNOW HOW TO APPLY MY OTC BENEFIT FOR THE TRANSACTION‼️

I did a photo order and when I picked up it was never done, even though I got the email saying it was.Also what's wrong with customer service it isn't like it use to be. I received a call saying my order was ready even though on Sunday they said they would cancel it because the machine was broken, so I called to talk to someone didn't let me finish talking and put me on hold. One of the worst CVS I've been too and won't go back.
