Went in today, to buy a nike tech hoodie. Took so long to find an employee for the fitting rooms. On top of that when I went to check out, the secret shopper or assets protection was all weird guarding the door and talking on the walkie with the cashier "Oh he brought it up he didn't run." Very unprofessional manager on sight should review their policies in initiating assets protection. They all were acting rude not even friendly like I was stealing something. I am construction worker, I don't need to be stealing nothing, and have some $16 an hour person be all up and weird. Lodi Dicks on Reynolds Ranch way better Y'all need to be friendly to your paying customers and not discriminate.

Came here while my kids were next door at the jump place. I needed new running shoes. They did not have a great selection but they did have what I was looking for. No one was around to help. But, I already knew what shoe I wanted. I ended up buying 2 pairs. Shoes were priced slight lower than other places. I used to spend a lot of time in this store. But, since they removed the whole fishing section I only come in to look at shoes now. But still a great store to browse around to kill some time.

Dear DICK'S Sporting Goods,I don't even know in what labyrinth of my brain to start at. My experience at this local establishment was unfounded, irredeemable, and quite literally - outrageous. After spending nearly half an hour here working out my shoulders in the weight section, I began strolling the store looking for goods. Besides the fact that this place is a maze - no sorry, a labyrinth - everything went swimmingly. However, when my eyes glanced upon the checkout, I was met with a hideous sight. The line stretched miles on miles all the way out to Weberstown Mall. I was shocked, bewildered, and quite literally befuzzled. After waiting in line for nearly 5 hours, we finally got to the checkout. I would like to mention here that there were approximately 2 and I will say again TWO! workers at the checkout. The line was as long as summer in ohio, yet all the workers were simply standing around chatting about who knows whatsabout, maybe this tik tok shenanigans I keep hearing about? Who knows. At least they're pretty. We finally were able to walk out the store after dealing with a worker who simply did not want to smile. I would not want to smile either working at this appalling haberdashery.Sincerely,Just a Stocktonian Looking for Sporting Goods

Great customer service.Called in prior for information on an item, unfortunately, they do not carry it; but Jeremy suggested an alternative item, which worked out very well! He also assisted me on the floor when I arrived at the store. Thank you for the great service!

I started coming here ever since Sports Authority closed in Trinity. Their prices are higher but good selection of items. I do prefer the Lodi location as they seem to have more in stock and they aren't as crowded.

Yes stockton has a bad name but I never thought a chain retain store that I have poured my money into would ever treat me and my elder mother so horribly. Here goes my experience..... on 4/13 grandma purchased a pair of cleats for my son. We were out at a game and he had no other choice then to wear them snug. On 4/14 we went to see if we could possibly return them and grandma went to try to return and I went to see if they had another size. Mind you we split up because of time for the next game. We are in tournament. So my sons 77 year old grandma was told she could not return them so she went to the back of the store (cleats section) to find me. The store called security on her and she had 4 associates on her while she walked to find me. At one point one associate said she cannot return them. I said didn't you just hear her tell me that and didn't you hear her say I'm buying him another pair anyway which means she will be spending another 140.00 The lady rolled her eyes at me. By the time we got to the line to pay security is now at front and the guy on the stool in the front is saying " this lady came in and the older one went to the counter. the other lady darted to the the back." I was not quiet I said I did what! then grandma was like what is going on I said all 7 associates and 2 security are for us. They think we are going to steal shoes. She was shocked and said we are not. Can't they see we are in line to pay. Forced to buy these shoes because my son needed them, the nice register guy Joel said I'm so sorry and yes I see what is going on and he gave us corporate number. He was the same person who helped us the day before. To the staff know your audience and don't talk about your assumptions in front of us! This could have all went bad if I was someone else and you are so lucky my need was at your Mercy! By the way yes I am Hispanics but I was in line to pay I don't steal!!!!
