It was first time I purchased here. I bought shoes to my daughter. I understand it charged the shipping fees. When I returned the shoes( it didn’t fit), they charged me return fees. This charge is unreasonable. You can have better choices to buy from other platforms.

I love this place, so many options. I gave it a 4 star because when I finally found an open fitting room. I got kicked out because an employee had to leave. It was a pain in the butt to find another fitting room.

I went to Dillard's today to find me a perfume I was in the women's fragrance area and Reef helped me out he was very helpful very respectful very kind and he had great customer service anybody who's looking for a good perfumeand watch great customer service go to Dillard's and ask for reef reef was really good with me and very respectful kind and he helped me pick out a really good fragrance from Dior and I can say that I love the fragrance and the great customer service great job Reef and I will be coming back soon thank you so much you have a great day Dillard's you need more employees like him he is a very good employee thank you so much for making that a wonderful experience for me thank you

Stay away from this store and this mall.
This place is füçkïñg dangerous. Less than a year ago someone tried to abduct my 19 year old daughter from inside Dillards. Then, just today someone snatched my wife's purse and ran out. Security is a joke. But it is Allied Universal after all. You hire Allied to show that you have security on paper but they are useless. This mall is NOT SAFE.

Dillard is fairly decent. Unfortunately it’s definitely not as good as it used to be. The amount of merchandise available has diminished. So has the esthetic appeal of said merchandise. Most of the employees don’t seem happy to be there.

So thankful we still have an actual "Department Store" to shop at. Great brands, great variety and great staff makes Dillard's a true treasure right here in Stockton!

recommend dillards for a pleasant shopping experience. prices arent the lowest available but you will find high quality and unique items. it's always a treat to shop there.

Store is unorganized amd counters need major updates . Management needs improvement and organization skills . They need to treat employees better and fair . As a customer I enjoyed shopping there before . upon getting a job I can see how stressed employees can be and the fact that there is not a human resources department just seems chaotic.The events they have are low budget and they recycle decor for other events . Save your money there is another department store that has better deals across the street. Also i would have felt safer working if they had more security .Employees are not security guards.
